Is Chris Christie going to run for President as a Democrat in 2016?
Could he challenge Hillary and even attempt to be on the ticket?
Is that what is in the back of his mind.
I know some here are loving what he is doing.
Being from the area, I know the real Chris Christie and know he can't win the republican primary. He is also not on our side as a republican. His views are on the right.
But could he be thinking of switching?
I can't see him beating Hillary, who will be President against any contender.
But on the off chance that Hillary isn't going to run I can see both Christie and Bloomberg running and beating other candidates. (Bloomberg for Pres,as a Dem, Christie for VP... Who knows.)
(and what if they teamed up? Bloomberg/Christie?
There is no candidate on either side that would beat that team.
(except Hillary of course).

This DUmmy actually managed to send a shiver up my spine and not in the good way. Bloomberg running for president. Just the thought of that fascist asshole being anywhere near the white house scares me to death. Just imagine what he would try to do across the country. On the plus side DUmmies would suffer big time when they can't get enough of their prescription drugs because Bloomberg wants them to man up and be in pain. :lmao:
As for Christie the dems can have him. The only issue that he seems to be republican on is unions, other than that he may as well be Harry Reid.

1. My guess would be "no."
He may run for President, but he won't run as a Democrat.

He will try to run as a repuke, but I can't see him doing any better than Ron Paul in the primaries.

33. Republicans don't see themselves the same way as DUers see them.
They're not ALL the hate filled paranoid psychotic rageaholics that we caricturize them as online here.
That's because they aren't. Just because a bunch of nut jobs say thay doesn't make it true.
-
I am a moderate Republican (RINO to you purists) and I wouldn't walk across the street to spit on him if he were on fire - as the saying goes.
No way. No how. Never will he get my vote.
-
Christie? BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Just his stance on the Second Amendment alone is enough to send me RUNNING, not walking, away from this clown.
-
I expect Democrats to push for Christie, the same way they pushed for McCain, and for the same reasons.
-
All of that praise and worship he gave Obama...and right before the election really pissed me off during Hurricane Sandy. It was like...who's side are you on dude?

Don't kid yourself--Obama got a shitload of votes with that "endorsement" which is another reason why I won't give Christie the time of day when it comes to national elected office.

Agreed. Guess that makes me a purist. I don't trust him.

I agree. Some people made excuses for him saying he was just tired and emotional, but the fact is that we had a lot riding on this election at that time. He couldn't have picked a worse time to go bowing and praising Obama...oh man...I couldn't believe that when I saw it either.
-
Screw that fat bastard. His emo bullshit over the Sandy relief bill, which was about money AFTER FEMA finished inefficiently spending what it already had, was the last straw. He is left of most Democrats on gun control and I wouldn't vote for him even if he was running against Hillary, whom I detest.
-
I hope he does run as a democrat. Oh that would be great fun at the dump!!! Heads a 'splodin all over the place.
What the dummies don't realize is that if he does run as a democrat, that means the democrat (yes I meant to say that, dummies, since it pisses you off for some reason) party will be turning to the right.
That would be fun!!!!

Christie was one of the flavor of the day politicians names floated as a possible presidential contender back at the start of the recently played out election cycle.
Gotta be careful what you wish for,you just may get it .

Heh, one of the DUmmies was listening to Limbaugh Friday...

You know they all lie; all stick their fingers up in the air to ascertain which way the wind is blowing prior to speaking on a position; and all care more about their next press release than doing what is right?
They are politicians. That is how they roll.

Naaah . . . King Andrew is going to make a heluva run for the Dem nod.
-
The dims can have him.
I would never vote for that fat, gun grabbing, union fellating, obama sucking **** DRIP.
-
Naaah . . . King Andrew is going to make a heluva run for the Dem nod.
I sincerely hope he does, and I hope he gets it.
Because then all the GOP has to do is point out that abortion of a gun bill he signed last week, and he'll lose at least 40 states.
-
I'm surprised they are not in favor of Obozo running for a 3rd term! As for Cristi, the dems can have him.

Speaking of abortion . . . wait until his abortion proposals are announced. My wife saw a copy. Let's just say that 'abortion tourism' just might make its' way into the lingo here. :o ::)

I was going to post this same thing in a much more PG-13 way. Now I won't bother. :-)

Four yrs a ways out but yea I see Cuomo as the current Dem, Heir apparent.
-
Let's put it this way, he sure ain't running as a republican.

This guy will be the worst Dem candidate to run since Dukakis.

No one gave Obama much of a chance at first either.

All of that praise and worship he gave Obama...and right before the election really pissed me off during Hurricane Sandy. It was like...who's side are you on dude?
And look how his BFFE Barry left him holding his dick, waiting for relief/FEMA money.
Hey, Chris, my momma always told me, "never get into a pissing duel with a skunk"!
-
No one gave Obama much of a chance at first either.
But, Obama didn't have much of a record, either. King Andrew does, now.

Outside of voting AGAINST a bill in the Illinois state senate that would provide care to infants born alive after an abortion, 3 F**KING TIMES!!!!
Barry's only "non-present" vote in his entire elected life.

But, nobody in the media did their job in letting people know that. King Andrew has been all over the airwaves blasting out his accomplishments.

True, but even the MSM won't be able to cover for the crap that Cuomo has pulled lately.
You think Willie Horton was toxic to Dukakis? Just wait until the RNC and conservative 527's start broadcasting this 24/7, which they should.
-
Not only that, but there's this:
http://dailycaller.com/2013/01/20/five-hints-from-joe-biden-that-hes-gearing-up-for-2016-run/
Most telling is this little snippet:
The last incumbent vice president seeking his party’s nomination for president to lose it was Alben Barkley, who withdrew from race to succeed Harry Truman in 1952.
I do think that the RNC should leave a laugh track out of any compilation of dumb things Biden's ever said.
-
But the DC article leaves out one very small yet important detail about him sucking up to Maggie Hassan in 2016.
2014. If enough people get pissed off and show up to vote in the midterms like they did in 2010, NH will go significantly red: both Reps, a Senator (Queen Jeanne the Spending Machine), Hassan, and the Legislature and Senate in Concord.
Will it be the bloodbath that 2010 was for the Dems? Remains to be seen, but don't think just because NH went Dem in November it was a huge deal, because NONE of the races were more than 5-6 points apart. NONE. The Dems hold a 220-180 majority in the Legislature, and the GOP still holds the state Senate.

That bowing, scraping, and hugging should have been against his very DNA, as it would have been for any of us. I do not have the time of day for fatso.
Cuomo: This latest stunt should be his deathknell for any presidency. He rammed it through in a couple days time to avoid public comment. Came right out and said that. This country is not Manhattan. Also, even the DUmmies say that he's into austerity, and they don't like that. He's not necessarily Santa Claus, the way king Choom is. Also, he's lilly white. The press may not fawn as much.

Karin, also the fact that they didn't exempt cops from the magazine restrictions shows that they really didn't think this one through. A lack of 'attention to detail.' He just might come off as impulsive and stupid, no matter what the LSM does for him.
-
And didn't he sound like an hysterical teenager in every soundbite played? :panic:
I was at a Fire School graduation dinner (husband graduated) a couple of days after it passed. The legislation was mentioned as part of spoken remarks, and you could see a dark cloud moving across all 200 faces. I could sense a slow boil.

A tiny state like NH has a 400-member legislature?
Who's minding the store?
There's your problem.

If Dems thought that what happened to Howard Dean in '04 ("The Scream") was bad, they haven't seen a thing yet. :overreaction:

If Christie runs, he will lose. These moderates just don't fair well because the Conservatives don't like them and the liberals will vote liberal against a moderate.
That's where I believe the betrayal came into last election...thinking that a progressive moderate could win against Obama was a huge mistake. Even with the fiscal conservative values, wasn't enough to capture the votes we needed to win. It was just damned depressing is all. I just threw my arms up and said the hell with it because I had to drag myself drunk and numb to the polls this last election.
-

Well, there's the good/bad in the NH legislature, where the only qualification is that you're the 9th caller, I guess.
Then the bad part is that they only get $100/year and mileage to/from Concord while in session, so while they're not "professional" legislators, it's mostly retirees, housewives, trust fund babies, and others who don't need the money, or some combination thereof.
But then again, I DO know my representative personally, and have met her more than once.

I didn't care for Romney at all, but voted for him anyway. A large part of the Conservative base, large enough to change the outcome, couldn't bring themselves to do that.
