Title: A question for lurking DUmmies
Post by: ChuckJ on January 18, 2013, 03:05:34 PM
This is really important. My mom was telling me about a young guy that got killed by a train. Apparently he was walking along the tracks and couldn't hear the train because he was listening to an ipod and had earbuds (or whatever you call them today) in his ears.

My question is do we ban trains or ipods?

More info needed. If this was a Democrat, then we check the affiliation of the train engineer. If it's a Democrat, then the CEO of the railway has his fortune confiscated and is sent to prison for life. If the victim was a Republican, the train engineer would be awarded the fortune of the victim's family to compensate for the PTSD created when that Rethug decided to stand too close to the tracks.

In any case, Apple would be awarded a $1B government contract to create iPods that can sense oncoming trains. Maya Angelou, Sean Penn, and Danny Glover would oversee the project.

You ban tracks then there will be no trains.

She said the victim was a black guy. To start with I thought that might be considered a hate crime, but I think the engines that run on that track are black so I don't know.

Oh, black on black crime. That's different. The CIA provided the train and the iPod, then, which means we need to stem the flow of trains and iPods into the black community. The flow of drugs and firearms into the black community is probably the perfect cover for the introduction of trains and iPods. Government-created AIDS isn't killing black people fast enough...they need their trains and iPods. And look how convenient: Steve Jobs is dead. Makes you wonder which Bush he pissed off.
