Maybe she had it lowered for easier gazing.

Yeah, and then put it strategically right in the center of that unbuttoned bottom section of the sweater she's wearing.

Doesn't even look like a natural one compared to all the innies that I've seen on the ladies I've *ahem* known over the decades! It's as well as maybe Â¾" low and looks just a tad off center to her right........
