This is Prime Minister's Question Time. The Scot is the Labour PM Gordon Brown who is being asked questions by David Cameron the leader of the Conservative Party. The subject is the new 'green' tax on cars. I know this is 10 minutes long so not everyone will want to sit through it but is is funny, if you just want a taster then fast forward to 8 minutes 30 seconds and watch from there.

He has until May 2010 to hold an election so we could have another 2 years of him. Unfortunately we can't get rid of him directly before then, though if 70 Labour MPs sign up to the idea they could force a leadership election and they could then pick someone else. The bad news for them is that a recent poll showed that any of the other leading contenders actually polled worse than Gordon Brown.

I have noticed other countries from the Empire run their sessions very differently than we do. Very raucous and very, very personal.
