There is no compromise with the NRA, inviting them to the table to talk is ludicrous
Their solution is more guns everywhere. Hell let nurses in hospitals pack heat. Ya never know when a patient will get unruly, BLAM, there goes that troublemaker.
It's not because we are mentally ill, or that we need armed guards at great expense everywhere, it's simply a matter of numbers. The more guns and the easier they are to get, the greater number of deaths related to gunshots of all kinds.
Don't come here and tell me knives, poison, cars, bullshit. NOTHING kills faster and cleaner than a gun. Don't tell me 'ooh your Union buddies who make guns" one life is worth their jobs. It's time to put some sense into regulating them. They are more lethal than cars cigarettes and alcohol but they are less regulated. Time to stomp on the NRA and the manufacturers hard.

You want to know another organization that has almost the same exact mentality as the NRA? And this is an organization that the DUmmies love and we the taxpayers get to help fund them. That's right Planned Parenthood. If we were discussing any regulations or restrictions at all on abortion they would be all up in arms and not willing to budge even a little bit. So when you DUmmies criticize the NRA for not budging, just remember that Planned Parenthood and any abortion loving group does the exact same thing over abortion. The funny thing is, Planned Parenthood has killed millions of innocent people and the NRA hasn't killed anyone, yet it's the NRA that they call evil. :mental:

Yes they do in fact they are the ones setting the table. 0bama and Biden would love to take the English route and ban all guns.

How do you compromise when someone wants to take your liberty from you? If you are willing to compromise and give up just some of your liberty it makes it that much easier to come in later and take the last little bit from you.

Ya gotta love how they paint the NRA as not wanting/allowing any regulation and because we don't have ANY regulations on firearms all solutions to any problem will always result in murder.

We already have a ton laws on the books. I know that several laws were broken every time we have one of these shootings and that is not even counting the laws against murder and assault. In each case the weapons were used in "gun free zones". Maybe we need to make bigger signs so they will see that guns aren't allowed. :-)

I know this may come as a huge shock to anybody here not familiar with DB, but he is NOT happy with his fellow DUmmies right now. What happened was, he posted a satirical image and thought it was real. When others pointed this out to him, he deleted the image and said they must have no sense of humor. :whatever:

Gun grabber: Hoookay, well, that's firearm law #20,000 on the books. Now for #20,001...how about rifle magazines limited to five rounds?
