Skinner's wife was a big time staffer for Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2008, and now I imagine she has moved on to being part of Obama's campaign staff. They pretend they get invited to the WH on account of the drivel they call a "political forum" but it's actually on account of the wife's clout!

You know, way back when, years ago, I was always hearing a rumor that Skins's wife worked for the Democrat side of some congressional committee, but no other information.
One supposes she's a political animal.

His last congressional job was as press-agent for then-Congressman David Bonior, who ran for governor of Michigan in the Democrat primary there in 2000. Bonior didn't make it, and so Skins was without a job.
However, because my fellow alum's always been such a good worker on behalf of Democrats, when the professional Democrats and liberals wanted to set up a gulag to sequester all their embarrassing relatives, they figured they could best express their gratitude by giving him the job as warden.

There have been no normal democrats since the party declared war on the South, and especially since they were overcome by Bush Derangement Syndrome, when algore lost Florida to usher in the Great Bush Prosperity.

We got lots of old school democrats here in West by God Virginia, GB. By that I mean those that are willing to defend their country and don't put it down. Lots of these old school dems here are starting to see just what the liberal dems are all about though and are starting to vote accordingly. In the last election, the state legislature had the most reps elected to it in 80 plus years.
Hell 40 percent of said dems voted for a convict serving time in Texas over obumbles in the May primary. :lmao: :lmao:
Man alive!!!! That set our local liberal rag, the Charleston Gazette, off big time when that happened. That was good fun watching the LTTE telling the Gazette to basically screw themselves and their American hating liberal democrats they publish on their op-ed page.

Betcha didn't know about the bar owner that actually had allowed them to film his bar with the actors/actresses in it. Seems there was a little scuffle going on. One of the emps went in to stop it, and the film crew said "That's just acting".
He threw them all out. They offered him money. He refused. The name of the place was the Cold Spot. I know the owner. Fine man.

Sorry, I don't believe you. I see you got the obligatory Jesco White comment in. Most people around these parts think Jesco White is an idiot... cause he is. We got our share like any other place.
And just for your information I am not "sensitive about it". I'm just saying you are too damned stupid to realize that this is not the real West by God Virginia. It's a stupid TV show that is scripted.
