For instance, he said Friday on CNN's "Starting Point" that one widely circulated image showing two people, apparently teenagers, holding a girl by her arms and legs has been taken out of context. Madison said his client is one of the teenagers shown in the image.
"The photo is out of context," he said. "That young lady is not unconscious. That young lady was capable of walking, and her friends are individuals who indicated that information to the police. And they weren't selected (by prosecutors) for this hearing that we've had thus far because that didn't serve the purpose of the hearing."

2 Ohio teen football players found guilty of rape
Steubenville High School students Trent Mays and Ma'Lik Richmond were found guilty Sunday of attacking the girl after an alcohol-fueled party last August.

Judge Thomas Lipps said the teens, ages 17 and 16, attacked the girl at the alcohol-fueled party. They could be held in a juvenile jail until they turn 21.
Both teens broke down in tears after the verdict was read, and apologized to the victim and to the community. Both were emotional as they spoke, and the 16-year-old struggled at times to talk through his sobs.
"My life is over," he said as he collapsed in the arms of his lawyer.
The father of the 16-year-old asked the victims' family to forgive the teens, while the 17-year-old apologized for taking a photo of the girl that was posted online and fueled speculation over what happened that night.
The football players were charged with digitally penetrating the West Virginia girl, first in the backseat of a moving car after the alcohol-fueled party on Aug. 11, and then in the basement of a house. The 17-year-old was also found guilty on a charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and was sentenced to an additional year in jail, to be served after his rape sentence is completed. The teens were also ordered to avoid contact with the victim until they're 21.

Liberals try to bring down and destroy anything that even hints at having morals, scruples, guidelines, rules and such (like the BSA) that would help guide kids to making better life decisions for themselves and us parents.

One thing I picked up from the laughing boy video, he was not one of the attackers.
In the back ground I could hear others, male, putting him down for his comments and telling him he was SICK. Seems the other males were disgusted with him as time went on, and he had no friends in the room as he became more and more really creepy.
I do not think the laughing boy can be arrested for being a creep, however I believe he will have a hard time finding others to hang out with or girls to date for as long as he lives in that comunity.

First Adult Charged In The Steubenville Rape Case
William Rhinaman is the first adult facing charges in the case in which two high school football players were convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl during alcohol-fueled parties.
The special grand jury's indictment provides few details about what Rhinaman is accused of doing. But it does say he started tampering with evidence on Aug. 11, 2012. That's the night of the parties and the point at which texts, cell-phone images and other accounts of the rape first surfaced — then quickly disappeared.
The indictment alleges Rhinamen's obstruction of justice continued through this week, and that he committed perjury when the grand jury met July 8.
The grand jury has been trying to determine if adults covered up the rape to protect the football team in this Ohio River town where the high school football program and coach are legend.
Rhinaman has been the district's technology director since 2006, and has been with the district since 1985, except for four years when he worked for Jefferson County.

I call bull shit on all of this, The Parents of these soon to become serial monsters need to be held at fault for the actions of their kids. As long as the parents defend the actions of their kids. they are now advocating the actions of their children.
Sorry parents, when a child is caught torturing animals or raping young girls, time to get them out of there home and into help or at least away from the family where they may set fire to the home or knock off grandpar for their gain.
