Since when is tax cuts for 98% of Americans a bad thing?

I've seen several posts moaning about this as a legitimization of Bushism. Which is really ****ing stupid.

Tax cuts for the 1% takes money OUT of the real economy.
Tax cuts for the 99% is a Keynesian stimulus that puts money BACK INTO the real economy.

I can't wait until the DUmmies get that first paycheck this month and wonder where the hell their tax cut is. First of all SS taxes are going back up to what they were before, secondly the tax rate that they will pay is not getting cut. There are no tax cuts. Starting this month you will either pay the same you did last year or you will pay more. No one is getting a tax cut of any kind.

1. No american needs a tax cut. This country is going to untax itself out of existance

America's epitaph will be, "too stupid and cheap to live."

No DUmmy we are going to tax ourselves out of existence.

I just got to let the air out of an Obama voter  :lmao:

He was happily yapping away about his 1.25% pay raise we all got yesterday. I told him they will be taking out more than that for his payroll taxes that were not carried over.  You should have seen the look on his bloated face  :lmao:

and predictably, they will blame Bush, the GOP, big business, the 1% and anyone else who is successful while their false god boy-king affirmative action president gets to skate.

 :lmao:, Gina.

I got a small raise this year.  But it was only enough to cover the increased health insurance cost.   I appreciated the gesture, though.  It's tough to make a buck in business these days.

They're all over the place over there.  Bitching about the $250K, bitching that we all didn't get soaked.  Then, gloating about how they pwned the repubs.  Fighting with each other, especially when king zero is criticized.

It's like when I was in the Army it seemed our yearly 1% increase in pay was eaten up by the price of haircuts going up.

What happened to:  "Paying more taxes is patriotic!"  I thought they WANTED to pay higher taxes ....

Oh, wait that was for other people's money wasn't it.  My mistake.

Carry on.

But you see Carl, when you give a tax cut to regular people like Odin, they spend that money on cheetos and video games and the like.  When you give a tax cut to a 1%er, they simply take the money in the form of jewels and coins, and dump it into the Scrooge McDuck swimming pool via wheelbarrow.  So, the money never gets circulated.

What in the Hell would this fat sack of disability-chasing shit know about a "real economy"?  Tax "cuts" put money back into the hands of the people who know how to spend it better than you greedy libs could ever hope to.

Why anyone would ever take this tub of goo seriously is beyond me.

Since when is maintaining the current rates for 98% a tax "cut"?

Bad play on words.  IOW had this deal not been reached, then the Bush tax cuts would have ended on everyone and all rates would have gone back to the Clinton tax rates.  Therefore, since the Bush tax cuts are in place for all but the higher tax bracket, then it's a cut from the increase most would have had.   :mental:

I saw some thread over there that said since Obama will agree to this deal, it's now no longer the Bush tax cuts, but the Obama tax cuts, and to stop calling them the Bush tax cuts.

Since when have Democrats embraced ANY type of tax cut?  In their desire to claim any type of victory, they'll say black is white and up is down.

Technically , the Bush tax cuts had expired, so they are calling them the Obama tax cuts.

For over ten years liberals have blamed the deficit on the Bush Tax Cuts.  Obama just extended those tax cuts to 99% of taxpayers and some welfare to non-tax payers, i.e. extended EITC, and unemployment, so he now owns the deficit.

It is all doubleplusgood.  You need to work on your doublethink.

"The proliferation of bureaucrats and its invariable accompaniment, much heavier tax levies on the productive part of the population, are the recognizable signs, not of a great, but of a decaying society. Historians know that both phenomena were especially marked in the declining eras of the Roman Empire in the West and of its successor state, the Eastern or Byzantine Empire." ~ William Henry Chamberlin

Where do they get this 98% get tax cut\no tax hike concept. The CBO estimates that 77% of Americans will be receiving a tax increase.

It was just a few months ago when 0bama had his twitter goons post what they do with the extra $40 they got from the SS and Medicare tax holidays, now he were are and all of a sudden that same $40 is not important anymore.

Orwell was wrong about one thing, we don't need Winston Smith to change the news reports to reflect Big Brother's reality, people forget all on their own the last move that Big Brother made.

Now when chocolate rations are reduced they don't say they were increased, they say the republicans took away your chocolate and that if it weren't for 0bama your chocolate rations would be even lower.

Yeah and some DUmmy gets to keep his $1800 a month in unemployment benefits. If that doesn't make you happy to pay more in taxes then nothing will.  :-)

I spent most of the day listening to a retard at the office crowing about how "the economy will be booming by this time next month.  Obama is ushering in the greatest prosperity this country has ever known." I have such a raging headache tonight from it.

Tax cut? What tax cut DUmbasses? To there actually be a "tax cut" doesnt the rate have to be lower than what I was paying last year? In fact my taxes have gone up with the end of the payroll tax holiday, along with the rest of the working population of America....you know, those people you want to take from to give to the nonproductive members of society.
