I don't think the governor is going to like the result and price tag that's going to come with this move.

He's bought into the self-righteous, "But that's UNFAIR of the NCAA! We were cooperating fully with them and they pulled the rug out from under our feet ANYWAY!"

No shit.  The football program and school administration failed at risk children in every conceivable way and still they try to absolve it of any wrong doing...
