Title: I say that it's time to regulate NYC's subway trains....

Subway trains are deadly weapons and kill innocent people. Do law-abiding citizens really need subway trains?

Subway trains of excessive length or capacity must be banned. Ticket buyers must pass a Federal background check. There must be a seven day waiting period before the ticket can be issued. All sellers of tickets must be Federally licensed. There must be mandated train-free zones. There must be an armed policeman on each train platform.
