wouldn't be surprised if Kerry was the one they wanted all along.

I've wondered about that.  Kerry's name was sort of floated as SOS, but Rice's name was shoved down our throats.  Kind of like , look over here and don't pay attention over there.

They needed a "woman of color" to go down so they can further their "GOP war on women and minorities" meme.
