I really love Pistachios but often times they are hard to get out of the shell, and I think I am giving myself carpal tunnel from opening them.....I had some garlic pistachios that were very addicting...these little gems are even good for you and the lowest calorie shelled nut out there....good for the heart as well... http://www.pistachiohealth.com/

Almonds are good as well.....love cashews, but don't eat them as often....

I love nuts in baked things like banana bread and brownies. I love nut topping on ice cream.

But I do NOT like freaking cashews. And the mixed nuts always are more than half cashews

Peanuts don't count. They aren't nuts cuz they don't grow on trees.

I just recently discovered they were called Brazil. They are my favorite, along with Filberts.
