Right-wing Asshat Stephen Baldwin charged with failure to file taxes
Actor Stephen Baldwin was charged with failing to file New York state income taxes for three years, his attorney Russell Yankwitt confirmed to NBC News on Thursday. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe alleges that Baldwin owes more than $350,000 in taxes and penalties.
Baldwin, 46, is the youngest of four well-known acting brothers. He was arraigned Thursday on a charge of repeated failure to file tax returns. He pleaded not guilty and was released without bail. If he's convicted, Baldwin faces up to four years in prison; he's due back in court on Feb. 5.
"Stephen Baldwin is not guilty of any crimes but is working diligently with New York state authorities and the district attorney's office to resolve any disputes they have," Yankwitt told NBC News. "Stephen has the utmost respect for the government officials and is confident that working together, they will reach and amicable resolution."
Baldwin has appeared on "Celebrity Apprentice" and in films such as "The Usual Suspects" and "Born on the Fourth of July."

Never mind that Buffet owes the IRS and Timmy Geitner had his little tax problem.

2. Republicans re notorious draft dodgers & tax dodgers
No wonder Americans are unable to respect them.
The last president that dodged the draft was a democrat, how many people in the 0bama administration have had tax problems?
Once again they project on to us their own failings.

Of course, how convenient for them that they forget Olbertard owed several hundred grand to NY state.

36 Obama aides owe $833,000 in back taxes (http://news.investors.com/politics-andrew-malcolm/012612-599002-obama-white-house-staff-back-taxes.htm)
Someone wake me up and let me know when they pay their "fair share".

And when charges are filed against them all.....

As soon as one steps into New York they seem to think one owes them taxes for life.
This is the same state that continues to audit Limbaugh more than a decade after he fled the Looter's State.

Why doesn't Stephen's brother moonbat Alec help his brother out ? It would be the fair thing to do considering Alec is rich.

DUmmie Berlum is the banned DUmmie Spiralhawk, he's a lot more low key in this incarnation.

It's the same roundy-round I had for several months with California two years after I left for NH. They held onto several hundred dollars owed me because I hadn't registered my vehicle since 2006, despite the fact I transferred the title from CA to NH before the registration expired, but of course getting any office at the DMV to talk to any other office at the DMV took nothing short of a miracle.

Wow. How much do you have to make to owe the State of New York $350,000?
This guy is like a fourth-tier actor, pretty obscure. Were it not for his being attacked by DUmpmonkeys, I doubt I'd recognize his name.
It's sort of inconceivable here in red state hell, with zero state income tax.

That figure includes penalties and interest, which I'm sure if NY State is anything like the IRS, probably started well under half that figure. And considering (had to nadin it) that the top tax rate in NY is something like 9 percent over $500K (7.85 percent over $200K, 6.85 over $20K) it wouldn't take a whole lot relatively speaking to come up with a $200K + penalties/interest tax bill in three years if you're a Hollywood type.
Correction--damn nadining--the data was out of date.
