 flamin lib (4,824 posts)

Well, it finally cost me to be outspoken.
I was approached in the local grocery store parking lot by a panhandler. Said he didn't have any gas money for his car, only a $10 Canadian bill and did I have any spare change. I said no but there is a bank right across the parking lot that will exchange the Canadian money. Then he saw my truck tailgate:

and launched into an anti Obama tirade and how I was a socialist who hated America etc. so I said whatever and took my two year old grand daughter into the store for a few items as he drove away in a late model Honda Accord.

When I came out there was a note on the windshield, "Your left front tire is flat. Hope the rest of your day goes better." The tire had a one inch slash in it, 'bout the size of an average pocket knife.

Seems the irony of begging for money while being for smaller government was lost on him. I will use my smart phone to take pictures of anyone who panhandles me in the future.

$270 bucks for a new tire. 4

Maybe the "panhandler" was a starving laid off American auto worker who didn't like your rice burner.

Obamanomics.  The mechanic saw the tailgate posters and realized he was dealing with someone who did not understand money.

Eh..with a tailgate decorated like that he was going out of his way to ask for it.

$270.00 for one tire! I can get a set of 4 commercial grade tires for that much.

Not to mention that truck is not worth putting a $270.00 tire on it.

Hey flamin lib primitive, you libs are always preaching about helping the poor, but when the chance comes you point them away.  Maybe next time you'll cough up a couple of bucks, you ingrate.

Paul Krugman endorses "broken window" economics.

So this ass hat should be proud to contribute to the economy.

BTW -- assuming they're real and not p-shopped: how much would large magnetic signs like that cost?

Another economic traitor who has money to waste instead of alleviating poverty in our unjust society.

14. I was blocked and held on a narrow country road

Because one of the residents took offense to my anti Bush bumper sticker. He finally gave up and let me pass. A previous car got keyed presumably because of a bumper sticker.

Te world has become a crazy place.
Flamin lib getting his tire slashed was nothing--NV Whino was kidnapped and held against his will.

What a pack of liars.

Whoa! Is that a SUV?!

I'll bet it was a radical Peta Peacer who did it. She simply saw her chance when she saw the DUmmie arguing with a pan handler.

I got a laugh out of this one.  Were this true, and the DUmmie really did pay $270 for ONE tire, I had a visual of a couple of guys from the tire store taking that $100 (at least) they overcharged him, and either spending it in a casino, or sending it to the RNC.

The whole story is made up, of course, and the DUmpmonkey was too lazy to look up the price of a tire.

Nothing wrong with the garage door.....it's the house that's out of square/level. It was built by union labor.

Wow. I paid that for two quality snow tread SUV tires.  Two! Someone's got money to burn. Thought they advocated the taking down of the people who have 'more'. Guess that person just wanted him to live by his own ideals and that of his party. Down with the 1%(and anyone who has more then anyone else)!

How ugly is that ****ing "Deal with it" sign?  Doesn't it make you want to punch someone?  If the story is true, I'm not surprised.  In fact, I'm happy.  Glad she/he got soaked for the tire as well.

This possibly took place in TX.  There's a Patterson Nissan in Longview, TX.  I would not go around in TX with a sign like that on the back of my truck.

could have been made with a ginsu or similar knife

Lots of questions about the $270 tire as well.  Lots of questions about store security cameras, and filing police reports.  Flamin never returns.

37. I generally don't have bumper stickers on my car.

Whenever I get pulled over, my gray hair and obvious age work in my favor. I know that I'm the age of the cop's mother, or maybe even grandmother, and I'm always very nice and apologetic and I never get a ticket. I was once doing about 90 in rural northeastern New Mexico. I think the speed limit was 70. Cop passed me, turned around and pulled me over, but only gave me a nice talking to.

My young sons (25 and 29) get tickets. And they are, I'm quite sure, always nice and polite also.
"Whenever I get pulled over"! DUmpmonkeys are always in some kind of trouble.

I've been pulled over one time in the past twenty years (burned out taillight), only twice in my entire life.

Run-ins with the police seem to be a routine part of everyday DUmp democrat life.

Last big tire I bought was a little over $3,000.00.....and $250 to get it mounted....and that was long before Obama came to town.

ETA: WHOA!!!!!!!....that tire was purchased 12 years ago this past October.....I just looked on line for prices for that same tire and they ranged from $4850 to $5425.

Glad I retired when I did.

56. you are wrong--and if anyone on the right is freaked out, they are wrong

But I will listen to the echoes of their unreasonable fear and their hatred of a man who is only trying to help them, no matter what party they belong to. And feel sorry for their poor brains, built to fear rather than to love and accept others--I'm lookin at you "Thee"

Well gee 0bama is such a nice guy that he is only trying to help me.  :whatever:

So far his help has increased my insurance premiums, the price of gas, and food prices. Not to mention how much he has helped me at work, with his great economy I can't find a better job and there is zero chance for any kind of raises where I'm at now.

I don't think I can take much more help.

Dear DUchebag, I don't think the word "help" means what you think it means.

My dad used to say "I wish these companies would just go back to making a profit and quit doing everything for me because it costs too damn much."

Most DUmmies carry little toy knives that came in Cracker Jack boxes.

Except the crazy bald dwarf.

She carries a Bowie knive in her boot, so she can perform a quick tracheotomy on anyone having breathing difficulty.

Mount, balance, tax and tire protection can add up...if it really happened....It's pretty hard to slash a tire. It's easier give the valve stem needle a little slack.

It didn't cost you your dignity by succumbing to hysterical LIES. Yes it cost you $270 for a new tire. But sending a republican away Mad as Hell....PRICELESS!!!!
