With the looming fiscal cliff, will congress work on a solution or keep kicking the can with no solutions?

That asshole running the Senate hasn't even passed a budget in nearly four years.  He isn't going to start doing anything now.

The House republicans should refuse  any fiscal bills until the Senate gets in gear and passes a budget or votes on one of the House budgets.  Defense spending is the only thing that should go through until there is a budget.

There's no way in Hell they're going to come up with a solution that does anything but stave off the question for awhile in the limited amount of time remaining this year.  Definitely kicking the can.

Most reps from both parties are calculating if they can kick the can & when to get the hell out before the SHTF.
