and I will leave it at that. Reminds me of the good ol' WMD threads in Usenet before Gulf War II, those Republicans were scared to no end. until some of us pointed out just how many potential nastiness could happen.

What I find curious is the Occupy Doctor in the headline.

Probably you too. I have acetone, used to remove nail polish and great if you stick fingers with super glue...I got hydrogen peroxide in my first aid kit.

I know it is the quantities.

There are a few other things under your sink that have potential. PSA, a few household cleaners, when accidentally (most of the time) mixed, could prove deadly, and become a wonderful hazmat situation...and don't get me started with what is sold to kill bugs.

to be honest, after all we all have precursor agents at home... I am serious as a heart attack.

What can I say?

And if for whatever reason he was... the occupy part is not what matters here.

New phrase alert - I have now seen Nads use this phrase in three separate threads.

Sorry if this was already posted - did quick search and did not see anything.

Then she still continues to regale the unwashed on her explosive expertise.
Others attempt to impress with botanical knowledge.
Whole thread is a crew screw of "I know more than you".

Not a chance in hell!  She might be able to "google" what precursors are needed for certain types of HME, but there is no way in hell she possesses the skills necessary to accomplish the manufacturing of them.  I highly doubt given a set of instructions she would make it past the first step. :lmao:

Too many spy novels on her reading list, not enough factual material.  The acetone is more likely to get her ID'd as a meth cooker (Until they see her porcine shape in the flesh), and as to the rest, well, let's just say that it isn't exactly quantities that are the issue, and even then a lot of what can be created is more like poisonous than explosive.

I do agree only if the issue is to make a small quantity of anything that could cause mayhem in a room.
GNads wants to come across that she could mix a few things together from under her sink, and level a city block.
It's the gNads way.  :-)

You, sir, are cleaning up the mess. Bring a large shovel.

Who needs ingredients?

nads is the biggest, most devastating WMD in any arsenal. Launch her at the target and she'll obnoxious them to death.

This is beginning to look like last year.
You may recall that during late November and December, 2011, the front page of the DUmpster was rarely less than one-third threads started by the crazy bald dwarf.

Why she didn't get my vote last year, and sure isn't ths year.
Now that I think about ti, perhaps I should.
She did try to wear the mantle as vindication of her greatness.
All things are possible. I'll think about while drunk or something.

I ain't trained in dummie cleanup. I understand you have to wear hazmat suits.  I'll leave that to the professionals.

...a lot of what can be created is more like poisonous than explosive.

Maybe she could mix some Spic'n'Span with some ordinary dish detergent, and then breath deeply.......

Explosives under the sink? Ha...............

Don't be too hasty with the "ha".
It takes more knowledge than I possess, but, it can be done.

Naaaaw marv. These are dummies we are talking about here. Gotta make it simple. Mix up some bleach and ammonia, put it in a pan on the stove, heat and breath deeply. Clears your sinuses out!!!   :cheersmate:

There is some other stuff you can use instead of liquid ammonia, and you won't need to heat it, a pretty aggressive chemical reaction will take care of that part.  Definitely something for strictly outdoors, a high-temp container, and room to beat feet upwind pronto...

 O-)

...not that my delinquent friends and I ever did any such a thing when we were teenagers four decades ago, and fascinated with various forms of mayhem, nuh-uh, not me, no way...

 :lmao:

Now me and the gang never went out in the woods and experimented with things like that, either DAT. Nope. Not at all. Not us!!!  :cheersmate:

So if I read this correct...

...conservatives are ignorant of improvised explosives but liberals know they facts well enough to point them out by rote.

Sounds like Tim McVeigh was a lefty.

'Occupy' Doctor Had Bomb-Making Chemicals In Ridgewood Basement, Authorities Charge

A New York doctor who was active in the Occupy Wall Street movement of 2011 was charged Saturday with possessing a large quantity of chemicals used in bomb-making, hours after authorities conducted a raid on the Ridgewood house in which he lived, officials said.

Roberto Rivera, 60, a medical doctor, was charged with recklessly creating a risk of widespread injury or damage after FBI agents and members of the Bergen County bomb squad found precursor chemicals used in the making of explosives, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said in a release Saturday afternoon.

MacGyver was loosely based on her life. They had to tone it down a bit.

Yes, that's true.

But I'm suspecting the oblate spheroid has some supporters here who are deliberately bringing over her campfires so she's always fresh on everybody's minds when they start voting one week from today.

<<for the record, am supporting the dark horse the pie-and-jam primitive, "grasswire," who so well represents all the qualities of primitivity.
