Pic at link.
I posted the chart above to show supposed protest sites. The map show several in MI. As far as I know, there wee only two. One of those was rescheduled to accommodate the organizer so he could get a 149.99 TV before they sold out.

(Ok, kick me now, for repeating Wally World talking points... sorry, in the middle of writing the story and yes, quoting them as well)
We eagerly await your report.

The dogs were dressed nicer than the protestors.

2. Looks like more then fifty people to me.
I can say with a pretty footing that Walmart is a liar and a thief.
Those aren't employees, DUmbass.

7. Expect to see photos of huge crowds shopping at Walmart - but -
if sales are off by 5 or 10%, the Waltons will be hurting!
Already broke last years sales. Try again, DUmbass.
Stupid DUmpmonkeys are farting against the wind.
They lost this big time. :bwah:

Funny, but I just see a bunch of dots on a map. No actual locations, times, etc.
Gee, what a shock.

They have Central Illinois covered, but when I checked the organizing sites, they were still looking for people to lead the protests. :rotf:
-
It was such a poor turnout they had to bring their kids and dogs. :lmao:
Some pictures look like shoppers waiting to get in for the door busters.

Same here near Albany. No leaders for the 'protests.' :lmao: :rotf:

OK dummies... let us say for one moment you get your wet dream, a union at Walmart and then Walmart goes bankrupt and closes down. I don't know how many employees work at Walmart but it has to be substantial. Really substantial. We ain't just talking about the hourly folks either. So there goes x number of jobs and guess what dummies? That is x number of employees that will hate unions.
Be careful what you ask for dummies... you just might get it.

Not just the employees either. Consider also how many people rely on Walmart's prices to stretch out their paychecks. A lot of people will be hurting if Walmart went out of business.

They wouldn't have to go out of business to hurt the shoppers. The increase in prices due to union demands would hurt enough.

4. We were JUST now discussing this...
Here is our take...DON'T do anything that is "illegal"...if you get arrested making your "statement", that's the end of you and you protesting.
SO, we came up with this!
Get cars into the parking lots...FILL them up, so that there is no parking available. And/or, if needed, get others to just drive really, really, REALLY sloooooooow through parking lots....stop and pair car by car, to just bring the lots to a complete STOP.
THAT hopefully, would discourage folks from trying to go in and shop.
You also need folks out with the shirts, signs and chants too but, for us, when a lot is virtually full anyplace, we just leave and go some place else.
Just for thought.

In this scenario, if I were deliberately trapped in my vehicle, unable to move, I might view this as a threat to my life and act accordingly.

I live in Florida. 4 DUmmies acting stupid in the parking lot won't make a bit difference over the dozens of old timers doing the exact same thing just living their lives.

Of course each action has to be analyzed by itself. If I get boxed in with cars front and rear where I can't move, I'll blow the horn until the car in front moves. If the driver exits the vehicle and comes toward me, games on.

"At a Walmart in Durham, more than 100 protesters gathered in the parking lot outside the store, chanting slogans and passing out fliers to draw attention to their cause. They were not employees but shoppers and neighbors sympathetic to minimum-wage workers."
So, Durhams Walmart employees were either smart enough to stay at work and hold onto their jobs or didn't care about the protest.

Yewnyuns lost quicker than a Steve Dawes campaign.

11. I'd like to see a list of all the stores where they had walkouts and protests. Take the sandels off. You can count them all on your fingers and toes.
to see if any of them were near me! Sorry lad, there aren't any. :rotf:

Lurking DUmbasses, symbols mean something. I know you don't care, but you idiots really should be honest and tell the people you're trying to sway the history of this raised fist.

Wal-Mart Union Protests Fail to Deter Bargain-Seekers Yup
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-11-23/wal-mart-union-protests-fail-to-deter-bargain-seekers.html
Workers and supporters march outside a local Wal-Mart Stores Inc. retail store on Black Friday in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. No Walmart employees, just workers from who-knows-where.
Jamie Walsh faced a Black Friday dilemma: take advantage of Wal-Mart’s deals at the Salem, New Hampshire, store or support union-backed protesters demanding better pay and benefits. In the end, the deals won the day.
Walsh, 42, wearing a sweatshirt from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2222, where her late brother-in-law was vice president, said she was aware of the union protests planned at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) locations around the country today. Still, she decided to buy an $89 electric ride-in Jeep, a LeapPad tablet, a dollhouse, a Sony Corp. (SNE) PlayStation and a $78 flatscreen television.
“It bothers me, but their prices are so good,†said Walsh, who is from Dorchester, Massachusetts, and works as a medical assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The United Food & Commercial Workers International Union had planned more than 1,000 demonstrations online and at Wal- Mart stores around the country today to protest what it says are the retailer’s manipulation of hours and benefits, efforts to keep people from working full time and discrimination against women and minorities. Plan vs. produce. Oops

3. This was never about making the consumer put out Yes it was.
This is about fair and equitable work environments for the employees. No, it's all about yewnyun dues, you DUmbass.
The only individuals this strike was meant to put out was management. BS, and you know it.

4. I think at this point it's all about educating the masses. So many people have no idea
Wal-Mart engages in such shady practices. This is the rallying the troops moment. It won't stop Wal-Mart, but it may inform shoppers to go home and research what is actually going on.
You wouldn't like that. Then they'd laugh at you more than we do, then shop WalMart even more.
edit for another
