You may recall that Dennis the Menace made his permanent exit from the DUmp's loonybin on Tuesday, 11/13.
To a lunatic like Dennis, "permanent" apparently means three days:

I'm back just to mention something.
I spent my entire therapy session Wednesday discussing my initial psychiatrist's appointment of Aug. 22nd and subsequent events with my trusted long-time therapist. In great detail.
It was her opinion based on everything that transpired that I was the victim of a physician who committed flagrant ethical violations. As a result, my circumstances are far worse than they should be.
I have researched possible courses of action. I intend to file formal complaints with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Michigan Chapter of the American Psychiatric Association. Within the next weeks, by the end of 2012, as soon as I can gather any evidence and put together an affidavit documenting my experiences and a brief of relevant administrative case law for the state and ethics rules for the APA.
I did nothing to deserve what happened to me. As I said before, I went to this dr. with the expectation of help and left there being made to feel like a criminal, completely degraded and destroyed.

It's a good thing nutty Dennis is back. Without him, the DUmp loonybin would be as dead as Crazy Andrea's place.
It would really be great if nutty Denny would share his "formal complaint" and "affidavit" with his fellow DUmpmates!
He could get some pointers on how to punch it up a little and get their attention.
Maybe rsmithnumbers could give some suggestions.

Well, my question is this.
He's been professionally certified as being nuts.
He can file all the complaints he wants, about anything, but who's going to believe him? He's nuts, after all.

Careful there Frank, you on the edge of some legal and ethical questions here.
Can a hooker who was raped file charges against a rapest ?
Can a car thief file charges against someone that steals their own car ?????
Now a days with all the labeling done to children by the professional therapists as having some kind of so called " Mental Problem " be it dyslexia to a stutter, are they not to be believed ???? How about an Epileptic???? The special needs kids, not physically handicapped goes through the roof. Any thing that causes a child to go for Counseling can be deemed as a inability to cope with reality, Can they not be believed as believable in a court of law ????? All those drugs the kids are put on to controll their behavior so they can FIT IN to obey the rules society put on them.
Just because a person is disturbed does not mean they loose all rights to address what they perceive is a harm to them. Unfortunately the more disturbed a person is the bigger a victim to society they become.
I would be willing to listen to this man -------We have in the next town a therapist jailed for running a drug and prostuition operation, I would like to know just what advice he gave to his patients ??????
Boston a very well know Doctor head shrink that had a young patient that killed themself. The parents when cleaning out her room found E-Mail from the doctor that looked for all the world like she was incouraging the child to kill themself to cover up a lesbion relationship the two had, had.
Hello Nurse Ratchett.

I imagine a professionally, officially certified nut can make complaints about stuff.
Like if a neighbor shoots his dog, or a gang of 0bamaites chucks rocks through his windows.
He could file complaints against the neighbor or the gang of 0bamaites, even though he's officially recognized as a nut.
But it seems to be stretching things more than a little for a professionally, officially designated nut to complain about being crazy.

Yes, a person with mental problems can make a complaint, but there needs to be verifiable proof for it to go forward. Many people with mental issues, especially when they are actively in the middle of a crisis, have trouble recognizing what is really going on. They may think that the hospital is a prison, they may deny attempting to harm themselves, despite evidence to the contrary, they can be kind of crazy. They can report a problem, but the circumstances around the incidence will be looked at closely to see if there is any hint of wrongdoing.

It's always been a problem for me, when making a sworn statement in court.
Which is why, if I can manage it (I usually do), I get myself deposed in private in front of both the adversarial parties.
<<has never been party to a suit myself, but oftentimes a witness.
I used to get challenged too much on this "you heard" bit, and it always took a lot of explaining, because of course I can't hear in the sense that "hear" is defined.
No bad experiences, but a waste of a lot of time, so--
