re: Happy Thanksgiving
Hi old buddy, old friend, old pal! How's it hanging?
This is a little early, but I'm guessing you might be taking off pretty soon, and wanted to send my best wishes to you and yours for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday before you left.
No point in getting a greeting after the event.
I must say you continue to amaze me, your remarkable patience and tolerance in putting up with the members of democraticunderground and their constant whining, carping, bitching, moaning, groaning; you, pal, are a saint.
I couldn't put up with it myself.
Here, you so magnanimously give them a place to romp and play, but rather than being grateful for all that you give them, they bawl that it isn't more, that it isn't what they want it to be, that you won't cater to their every silly whim.
Well, now you know somebody appreciates all that you give, and do for, these ungrateful ingrates.
Please also extend my good wishes of the season to Elad.
And you, sir, always have my best!
your good friend and most stalwart fan,
franksolich.
:lmao:
And frank, what is the "Steve Dawes Award"?
Quite nice.
Is he ever polite enough to write back?

It would be truly right and proper if Steve actually came in third place or lower in the award that bears his name.

I'm sorry; I dunno why photobucket deprives one of the sharp clarity.
You may consider linking to the image rather than embedding it. The full-sized image is fine, but I believe there is a limit to the actual upper limit the forum allows for the image.
For instance, click the image below. It is a clickable image that is set to 200 pixels wide, but links to the actual large image.

I'm sorry; I dunno why photobucket deprives one of the sharp clarity.I just clicked my zoom level to 150%, and it was perfectly legible.
