Title: Anyone remember the Ventures?
Post by: Tucker on November 15, 2012, 08:40:29 AM: This is pretty cool...... Who knew The Ventures, a rock band from the 50â€™ s and 60â€™s? Their original 17-year old drummer left after 8 months and went into the Air Force.

Since they're on the beach, I would guess a Solyndra solar panel.

I remember my older brothers playing their records back in the 60's I have some LPs with their songs on them along with others and I have two or three of their CD's. Los Strait Jackets are the closest to the Ventures in sound I have heard.

There was a time many many moons ago where I played with two drummers. As a percussionist, I thought it was cool.
