You thought Papa John's was bad... have you heard what Jimmy John's founder said?
Jimmy John Liautaud from an interview with Fox Business on 10/15:
CAVUTO: So, like Darden, you heard what they're doing. They're going to cut down on those hours, workers, so they're not hooked into that overtime dilemma or the health care automatic provide...
LIAUTAUD: Exactly.
CAVUTO: Are you going to do the same thing?
LIAUTAUD: We have to do the same thing.
CAVUTO: Really?
LIAUTAUD: Yes. We're not doing it now, but we have to bring them down to 28 hours. Yes, we have to do that. There's no other way we can survive it, because we think it will cost us 50 cents a sandwich. That's just the actual cost.
CAVUTO: Really?
LIAUTAUD: Yes, we do.
CAVUTO: What about just paying the penalty?
A lot of your competitors say, you know, down the road, Neil, we could see paying the penalty and sucking it up.
LIAUTAUD: Well, if you have 40 or 50 employees at a restaurant, and the penalty is $2,000, and you're going to pay $80,000 or $100,000 penalty, there goes the profit in your restaurant.
So it's very expensive to just pay the penalty as well. And I think we have to manage around it.
I think Jimmy John's went under the radar with this and it needs to be spread far and wide.

I am no longer looking at the survival of our country or some mooching smuck that I might have until last Tuesday. This is about doing what is in my best interest and the left has no made it a zero-sum game that the producers will win. I am going after mine just as hard as the left will go after theirs. IOW, by any and all means.
Leftists, by definition, do not play by the rules and it is time for us to admit we will not win until we adopt that attitude. Playing war with rules will ensure a loss.

Preach it Jukin, preach it!!! Loud and long!!!! Dummies, who tend to populate low education jobs, are gonna take it in the shorts. Rightly so. The young, 20-30 yrs old, are gonna take it in the shorts. Rightly so. They are about to learn a really, really hard lesson.
The good thing is this... the MSM will not be able to cover this up. They can't. Oh they can decline to report it, but the masses will know. I'm betting by next April the masses will start to figure out they made a big mistake. By year 4, they will know.
I personally think it is a good thing. It is long past time the pavement apes and the unwed baby mommas get what is coming to them. This may be a blessing in disguise.
