Marcus Wellington, 20, has lived in Foote Homes housing project all his life and has an 11-month baby girl. The initials A.T.M. on his neck stand for "addicted to money" and the tie he sports on his chest is a sign of entrepreneurship. He plans to get shirt sleeves and a Rolex watch tattooed next. "If you don't hustle you don't eat - it's all about the bread and the meat," he says.
:lmao:

What's the point of making money if you're just going to throw it away on ridiculous tattoos? Make money to get out of that damn ghetto.

my wife and I recently were on vacation in the Washington DC area. We drove thru an area that was government funded housing projects. Everyone of the houses had an obama/biden2012 sign in front of them and every house had a t.v. satellite dish attached to the house.I thought being poor meant you had to give up a few luxuries to pay for the basic necessities.

When I lived in a ghetto apartment complex there were a lot of people on welfare, they had government jobs with full benefits. They were driving escalades, had large TVs, and the most sad part about is that a few of them couldn't "afford" their rent.
