And once out of office Obama will be largely immune to any sort of prosecution for letting those Americans get murdered by his Islamic brethren.

In a court of law, yes. In the court of public opinion, he'll be found guilty eventually. He might need that Indonesian passport, cuz thinks might get, shall we say, UNCOMFORTABLE in the US.
