I need phychiatric help dealing with right wing clowns!
The other day I stopped in for a coffee at a shop near where I workout at the gym. I know several people who seem to live there.
One guy, who I always thought of as being a pleasant enough guy, told me and a few other people there that Obama has stolen 700 billion dollars from seniors Medicare benefits for Obamacare.
I explained to him these were not benefit cuts but cuts in a part of Medicare that was inefficient..providers had promised the government that they could provide Medicare benefits cheaper but actually had not done what they said. Therefore those providers would not be getting all that gravy anymore but seniors benefits would not be cut and the savings would go toward closing the "doughnut hole"
I thought he understood.. Today I went back there again and as I was sitting there I heard him tell someone, "Obama has cut $700 billion from Medicare!" I reminded him of what I had said yesterday but it made no difference. I could tell just by his attitude.
Meanwhile I had said that under Romney the Medicare program would become a voucher program and asked which of them would want to buy their own insurance plan at age 75 if they had cancer.
One Romney supporter told me, not to worry that that vouchers would not come to pass. I said Romney has proposed exactly that. He said not to believe him..So I asked if that means Romney cant be trusted..or does he think we should vote for a candidate who we believe will NOT do what he promises..The guy refused to answer. Just walked out..
Another guy told me Obamacare would be the end of the Democratic party..I asked him what made more sense; Thinking a party would actually vote for a program that would put an end to their party or to think that Big Business would say or do anything to prevent money being taken from them. I thought I had him... but foolish me! He said, "Yes I think Democrats would vote against their own interests!!
How the hell do you communicate with people like this!!!
I wonder why I even bother to talk with these jackasses.. In all my life I have never been able to change the mind of a rightie..and at this point I feel I must need some kind of shock therapy to wake my brain and rewire it so I dont even try!

First of all 0bacare does cut 700 billion form medicare, you claim that it is simply cutting out waste since when do you support that? Hell we can't even cut Big Bird and you get your panties all twisted up. Now you are saying that cutting from medicare is fine and dandy. Then again you goons are fine with grandma getting a pain pill instead of a pacemaker.
Secondly, you flat out lied about what will happen to his medicare. No one over 55 will be effected by this, secondly those under 55 may still choose to stay with traditional medicare. The voucher idea is nothing more than another option. I thought you liked choice. Oh wait you only like choice if the choice is killing the unborn.

And they may change their minds, but never tell you. Some people can never bear to be thought wrong. So it may not be useless. You could also have been a piece of something that gets them to change their minds over time. You may not have done it right there, but some future person may add something else, and another something else, until this person realizes they are uninformed and didn't realize what they were doing before was against their interests. But for right then, the guy had to save face so you wouldn't think he had been wrong about something.
Wow they really that arrogant, they think their cute little talking points are words of wisdom and that they are so profound that they will convert even the most loyal freeper. :rotf:

I can see why he's an Obama voter, since he apparently thinks the President rules by decree, rather than the Legislative Branch having the actual power to pass laws, tax, and spend. The plea for psychiatric help is obviously the first step in his campaign for an SSDI claim in the future.

The effects of the Obama induced HOPE-NOSIS is wearing off. DUmmie needs more HOPE-NOSIS treatments.

There are some clowns that are right wing? The only clown I've heard about that talks politics is a liberal. He's an internet laughing stock who admits to having a foul odor.
