1. I hope the republicants have damaged their brand enough

by allowing themselves to be taken over by a minority of teabaggers that voters will give President Obama a Congress that he can work with.

Fingers crossed.

Lord I hope not.

3. You know fadedrose I have felt the same way! Call it my old bones, or whatever,

I've just got this hunch the President is going to do MUCH better than even expected!

Yeah he will do better than expected, but he is still gonna lose.

10. 60 seats and we're Democratic

Happened in an off year, to boot. Same as in 2006.

Nope, no reason yet, yours have been defeated.

If the vote is counted correctly, it is a Democratic house in 2009. If.

And if you lose then naturally the votes weren't counted correctly.  :whatever:

8. By all rights...

The House of the People should not be in the hands of those that represent corporations.

By all rights, Ke**** the house should be in the hands of the voters, just because you don't like who the voters voted for, does make it illegitimate.

I agree.  Especially those who prop up their corporate donors in failing companies (solyndra).  Seriously, how ****ing bottom-of-the-barrel stupid do you have to be to STILL believe the democrat "party of the people" lie?

Hey DUmmies you seem so sure that 0bama is going to win. Need I remind you of how certain you were that 2010 was going to be a big win for the dems? Need I remind you of how certain you were that Scott Walker was going to be thrown out on his ass? Need I remind you of how certain that you were that Bush was going to lose in 2004? In fact by mid afternoon on election day you were already congratulating John Kerry.

So we shall see DUmmies, odds are pretty good you will be crying your eyes out Tuesday night.

Now we are seeing the first stage of grief showing up, denial, even before the election.

Something tells me the dummies are starting to lose it... if they ever had it.

Hey fadedrose?  I think Matthew Mcconaughey is going to show up naked and serve me lunch tomorrow.  I seriously think I have better odds of my dream than yours.

I'm real tired of the 'evil' corporation routine the Dems rap about. I'm more worried about the 'evil' politicians and their false utopia lovin' idiot followers.

The House?  No chance.  In the Senate, the GOP will have an all-important majority (The Majority Leader's prerogative to set the docket is what has prevented a budget from being passed since the GOP took back the House), but getting to 60 is pretty much out of the question, in part due to probably losing what should've been a shoe-in race here in Missouri.
