Check out what these marathoners are doing:
“@CoryBooker: Wow, 40 Marathon runners from Amsterdam just called to volunteer. They are not running so they want to help. #InternationalKindness”

Thank you!

This is the response that made me spew coffee with laughter:

5. I think that is a great plan

All you need are some work boots and a pair of gloves to help clean up.
All you need is a pair of hands to serve food or coffee from the Red Cross.
All you need is a heart to care and want to alleviate suffering.

All you need is a brain and you could move out of Mom's basement.

There go the primitives again, telling others what they need to do, instead of pitching in themselves.

I fully expect every DUmmy, especially the unemployed ones, who live live within driving distance of New York and New Jersey to be out there volunteering to help with the clean-up.  I know that they would never rely on others to be helping in their place, now would they?

The memory suddenly remembered one bright example, the primitives helping out.

Some years ago, the LynneSin primitive's best buddy, the intercrural ThomCat primitive, was moving, and he put out a call for help on Skins's island.

About six or eight bona fide primitives showed up to "help," including the LionessPriyanka primitive, the maharani primitive.

As it turned out, they did all the work, while the ThomCat primitive just lolled around, claiming he was "too tired" to do any of it himself.

This was some years ago, about the time he was trying to get aboard the social security disability gravy-train because he was "too tired" to work.  He's certainly not too tired to hang out with the LynneSin primitive, and that takes some energy.

So they'll be sending in photos of their hands again?
