I heard that it would be covered under Obamacare but you have to submit it within 5 days after the first visit.

One of the local talk radio stations (WGY, 810 AM) had the owner of Nite Moves on this morning, in studio.  He implied that they're going to go to Federal court for their appeal, which they can do.  I'm not sure if it will go directly to SCOTUS or not.
