What the hell ever happened to Glenn Beck?
Off in some bunker in Nevada, counting gold coins and stockpiling freeze dried food? I haven't heard shit from that ass clown in years it seems. There was a time when it seemed like every week brought a new outrage spawned from the Sarlacc pit that is Glenn Beck's mouth. Hopefully we're done with him, can't see him ever getting a nationally syndicated show ever again.

He comes on my radio every morning at 9. Granted he isn't doing as well as keef, but he is still hanging by a thread, just like that Limbaugh guy who will be off the radio any day now. :rotf:

Dish Network deal"
Barely a year after leaving Fox News, Glenn Back is back on the airwaves. On Wednesday, satellite broadcaster Dish Network announced that The Blaze, Beck’s 24-hour online news and opinion network, would be available to its subscribers starting at 5 p.m. EDT.
Beck departed Fox News in June 2011 amid declining ratings for his eponymous program and allegations that he was becoming increasingly extreme in his viewpoint. A year ago exactly, he launched GBTV, an online video channel which has attracted some 300,000 paid subscribers. In June, GBTV merged with TheBlaze.com, the right-leaning news site Beck founded in 2010.
Beck will continue to host his daily talk show on The Blaze; the current slate of programming also includes other news and opinion shows, as well as a reality series (“Independence USAâ€) and even a kids’ program (“Liberty Treehouseâ€).

10. See, here's the thing with free speech...
There is absolutely nothing inherent in the concept of free speech, that requires other people to give you forum for your speech. You are not entitled to the privilege of using someone's airwaves, website, publishing company, front yard, or what have you to say your whatever. if they grant you permission, fine, but you can't say, look at a video banned on google and gripe about the loss of free speech. That video wasn't free speech, that video was google speech.
Unless you have a liberal POV then we need legislation to make sure that you are heard.

Beck had the audacity to put on a fake rally that mocked the memory of Martin Luther King (for which he and his ilk should never be forgiven, if you ask me).
So Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert mercilessly mocked Beck with a rally of their own that was larger, better run, watched by more people, and much funnier.
From that moment on, Beck became more of an object of ridicule than a propaganda tool for the plutocrats, and he fizzled out comparatively quickly after that.

Wow. This one sure remembers that rally differently than I do. Beck raised a LOT of money for the Wounded Warrior project during that rally and there was a huge crowd.

Oh, yeah, no one listened to the crap spewed, even the most ardent advertisers left, and they went out of business.
BTW, Stewart's rally is the one that flopped. That's why Beck had 2 more rallies, one FILLING the 100,000 seat Cowboys Stadium, and Stewart had no more.

I can't link it on my phone, but the above wiki articles say that Stewart's fake rally had 215,000 and these were verified by a computer program. Restoring Honor (they say) was around 89,000. Not verified, of course.

The Blaze TV, which airs the Glen Beck show is channel 212 here on Dish Network. They also have a great "kids" program that doesn't speak down to them at all. It's called Liberty Tree.

Glenn Beck is living rent free in the minds of Dummies just like most of the Conservative talk show host. They can;t stand to think anyone stands up to them or thinks the opposit from them. If they had their way it would be as bad as the USSR of old here and that is something we can't have.

I learned more about politics from Beck then I had in 40+ years. What a show he put on and the information he gave out about Obamas advisers the stuff one really pays no attention to was a mind bender. SAY WHAT who in in charge of education ???
Who is in charge with placing the homo literature in grade schools and library's ??
Yup I did not miss the 5 O'clock call to watch him on Fox, arrange my life around the show, some times it felt like I was coming out of a dark tunnel into the blaring light. Have to squint the eyes against the light then slowly get use to it. Reality for good or bad. I miss Glen Beck and his program, Best as it is today history program on TV
