Until I switched to this new used computer, on the old used computer, when I was typing an original topic or a comment, misspelled words were automatically underlined by the software, drawing my attention to them.
I know how to spell, but I type so fast inadvertent misspellings happen.
On this new computer, it doesn't do that.
I looked at all the profile option thingamajigs, and I can't find any feature that says this is available, the automatic underlining of misspelled words.
I fear I'm starting to look like a primitive.

What web browser are you using?
Is the spell-checker turned on?

Right now, Explorer.
I'd used both Explorer and Firefox on the old one.
I just haven't gotten around yet to downloading Firefox yet.

My dearest Frank, your spelling as always been above reproach!!

IE doesn't come with a spell checker. You have to install it as an add-on.
Download ieSpell. It should install automatically.

Do a custom installation and turn off all those damn toolbars and other junk that it offers.

Okay, I just did that.
