Right now at the ER. Was in an accident today. I am glad I was driving the truck, which might or might not be a total loss. The car could easily have been, and we would be talking more serious injuries than bumps, bruises and a broken finger. I know it's broken.

Anyhow, look at your significant other and tell them you love them.

And of course, I am out of comision for chasing fires...or even taking photos.

Yup, I already did hug my husband.

She is out of comision.

With any luck it will be her shutter button finger that is broken.   :lmao:

It's puzzling.

Nutcase nadin has the shape of a four-foot diameter weather balloon.

Little stubby arms and little stubby legs.

If the seat's back far enough for her to fit behind the wheel, she has to be two feet short of reaching the pedals.

Too bad she wasted a brand new set of "breaks".

That visual just made me LOL.  My husband was reading over my shoulder and your description of Nadin made him laugh, too.  I had to explain Nadin to him and let me tell you, it wasn't easy.

*groan*

If you're too short to reach the pedals, you probably shouldn't be driving.

Unfortunately, with her girth and mass, she'll have to rotate the tires every 500 miles.

Not front to back, mind you--side to side, so as to ensure the lean of the vehicle doesn't burn the tread off the driver's side tires on the wheel wells all at once.

How courageous!  Typing all that from the ER in spite of her horrible injuries.  Will she ever recover from that broken finger?  I'm keeping my own fingers crossed for regular updates on her condition.

but I did notice she was glad she was in a bigger vehicle, aren't the libs the one's that get so upset over 1%'rs able to afford the bigger vehicles so they don't get 'as hurt' in wrecks?

But one has to say what one has to say.

I call bullshit on this drama.

The oblate spheroid's truck probably got a parking-lot "ding," nothing more than that.

Take care of that finger (and if you can, photograph it)
I remember seeing one DU'ers ugly scar - I think it was SoCalDem's - but can't be sure..
You're out of luck Pansy. It's the shutter button pushing finger that's sore. :hyper:

It might just be me but a car wreck bad enough to possibly total a pick up truck should have caused more of serious injury.  And if it is true then she should be thankful that she's getting something for the pain because I didn't get jack when I got hurt in Italy when my collar bone was damn near broke while playing touch football  . They said I couldn't get real pain mess because of my security clearance.

This is what comes of driving and picking your nose at the same time.

When I see someone doing that, I always wonder what would happen if they got in an accident at the same time.  I don't think that would end up well.  Kind of like how they warn you not to put anything on the deck behind the back seat?

Don't pick and drive, peeps.

Poor lady I wonder how the accident happend ??????   Was she speeding on her way with her Rig to a Big story ??

Actually the way cars and trucks are built today even just a fender bender can cause the insurance company to total a vehicle.

A fellow I know with a 5 year old truck fell asleep on way home from work and hit a light pole tore off the passinger door. Heck of a mess. truck was towed and he and a couple of friends went to salvage yard to collect his personal belongings.  While there they stripped the truck of radio, head lights , mirrors, tires and rims, seats, even took the back tail gate, muffler and gas tank.

The laws are odd, the truck was not yet been called totaled and  he turned it over to the salvage yard and paid for a few days of storage. but he was somehow charged with theft.

My question is who did he steal from, it was still his truck, he had signed no paperwork.  Never did find out how this all was settled.

Poor Nads, a sprain or torn ligaments are more painfull then a clean break.   Perhaps a few weeks of therapy will help her ability to find a finger to push the shutter button on her Rig.   ----Coming right up, Nads becomes an expert on Physical therapy,

Not one DUmmy chastised her about putting the moonbats in danger by driving a truck with them in those little shit shakers.

At DU2, there were threads after threads about the evils of trucks and SUV and the unfair advantage they had in collisions. They wanted everyone to drive a smart car or similar size vehicles to make things even. I pointed out that I drove a 3/4 ton 4X4 PU and if they wanted to feel safe, buy a truck. For some reason, no one ever gave me shit over it. Surly I couldn't be on the iggy list of the 5,000 or so legitimate DUmmies that post there.

The oblate spheroid is one of the most prolific posters on Skins's island; she's always yapping away over there.

The more one yaps, the more one reveals about himself.

(And I'm fully aware of this myself.)

Since she's been so talkative, the oblate spheroid's betrayed tons of insight about who and what she is, and the picture that's emerging as she incessantly yaps away is not the picture of a good person.
