Panties please,
Canadian women asked to send underwear to Myanmar embassy to protest regime

Montreal - Canadian women are being asked to send their panties to the Myanmar embassy in Ottawa to protest the actions of the country’s military regime. The call for the underwear is part of the Panties for Peace! campaign, launched by rights activists in Montreal.
Activists say the campaign is meant to send a message to Myanmar’s authoritarian leaders, who reportedly fear contact with women’s underwear will sap their power.

Panties for Peace......Sounds like a line that's been used on female leftists for ages.
Say what? Sap them of their power? Words fail me. Hope the panties are clean.

It will probably have the opposite effect.

Most men associate panties with sex -- to have anonymous women send them is just a sexual turn-on for these guys.

But thinking for liberals isn't really part of their gestalt, now is it?

Why do mindless liberals always want to "send a message" through indirect, silly symbolism?  Instead of expressing their meaningless gripes as individuals, they want everything to be a "movement".  It seems they never have the intellectual stability to function as individuals.  They rely on the stupidity of strangers to join them in order to receive the validation the cannot provide for themselves.

The only "movement" they are able to sustain is the bowel variety.  As a matter of fact it never stops.

That, or it could be highly offensive depending on the religious beliefs in the country. Either way, this is sure to be as effective as any other symbolic gesture of stupidity that a liberal has done.

Burnett: Let me explain our situation - our church is part of a Pan-Asian ministry, located in Colorado. We are all volunteers, who around this time of year bring in medical supplies, medical attention, prayer books, and support to the Karen tribes people. People say you know the river better than anyone.
John J. Rambo: They ain't lying.
Burnett: So what I'm asking is that we compensate you for a few hours of your time that will help change people's lives.
John J. Rambo: Are you bringing any weapons?
Burnett: Of course not.
John J. Rambo: You're not changing anything.
Burnett: Well, it's thinking like that that keeps the world the way it is.
John J. Rambo: [walking away] **** the world.

So a letter to the local paper or the Canadian Government wouldn't do?
