I thought I'd see the Las Vegas Leviathan or the LynneSin primitive here, but nope.

Food concerns
It really irks me and grosses me out when I look into a mayonnaise jar and somebody has used a mustardy knife to get some mayonnaise leaving mustard traces glopped in with the mayo. What are your concerns about food?

24. arrgggg this is mine too
we make sun tea in gallon jars, but have a couple plastic pitchers for the fridge
I hate when you grab a clean class and the pitcher only has a bout 1/4 or 1/3 glass worth in it. So you get the scum/backwash from the bottom of the pitcher, a dirty glass, and you have to go bring a new warm jar in and make a new batch (we lightly sweeten). Oh an then there is never any ice.

30. Mine never puts anything back.
I can track his food prep in one look all over the counter...opened mayonaise jar, lid who knows where, loaf of bread lying open, sandwich meat lying open.
and if he DOES put anything back, you can be sure it is almost gone/empty.

2. Since I eat a strand or two of cat hair with everything (it is unavoidable in our house), not much bothers me anymore.

3. People who leave food bits in the sink.
I usually end up scooping it out. So gross!

6. Peanut butter stuck on knifes...spoons.
Placed in the sink for me to wash.

13. People that lick the knife or spoon then reuse it in a condiment or dish.
My only concern is that one day it'll turn violent before I can stop myself. Hate. That. So. Much.

23. the classic, of course, is drinking from the milk carton
I don't live with anyone who does that anymore, but it is the grossest of gross!!
Enzymes from saliva start breaking down the milk.
Disgusting!!
^^oh now, the pie-and-jam primitive is being ridiculous here.
franksolich drinks milk directly from the gallon plastic jug because it's too much time and trouble to pour it into a glass.
A gallon of milk around here doesn't last long enough for "enzymes" to "break it down."
The standard inventory here is four gallons of milk, one opened and three unopened.
If somebody else wants milk, I tell them to open an unopened one.
<<when wants milk, doesn't want to waste any time getting it.

I hate hate hate when someone butters their toast and there's toast on the sticks of butter :argh: If I use regular butter I cut the pats off and put it on a paper plate to avoid getting toast all over the butter.

My concern about food? That Moochelle and her bosom bitches like Oprah and Rosie will eat up next year's food supply.

I don't even know how to respond to this. :panic:

That's disgusting. :lmao:

More proof that DUmpmonkeys are not human, much less civilized.

I have 2 long-haired supershedder pets and very little pet hair anywhere, because I'm halfway hygienic.
One shudders to think what is going on in her house...

Leftover time on the microwave bugs me. I have to press "clear" on every microwave at work when I go in for a coffee/water refill. I guess it's not really food related.
The cat fur thing is disgusting. Clean your house, please.

Yesss!!! This bugs me as well and I thought I was the only one.

I LOATHE Mayo. We use squeeze bottles for both mayo and mustard. No getting either one in the others jars.
As for the leftover time on the microwave, that drives me batty, too. How hard is it to press one extra button? :banghead:

There's this new invention called a "vacuum" primitive. ::)

Me too. I also cannot tolerate a dirty dish in the sink. Can't sleep at night if I know there is a dish there, unless it is soaking, which is different and can't be helped.
My dog sheds so much, I am constantly picking up hairballs. Never in my kitchen, and NEVER in my food. I also have to put my hair up before I begin working in the kitchen. Too many food safety courses back in the day.

Since it's early, I'm adding a :puke: alert for my post.
Wonder if we've seen her on Hoarders? Some of those homes even have dead cats under the couch.

Me too. Imagine that. You were able to solve a problem all on your own, without running to an internet board to complain and seek help.
My husband is death on those dates stamped on the package. I don't get too worked up about it, within reason. What's a day or two, if it's been constantly refrigerated?
