Obama eCard for Women: 'Can I Borrow $18,000 to Help Pay for My Birth Control?'

9:54 AM, Sep 28, 2012 • By DANIEL HALPER

The Obama campaign has created a series of electronic greeting card aimed at women voters. "President Obama summed up the Republican Party’s approach to women’s health when he said 'they want to take us back to the policies more suited to the 1950s than the 21st century,'" the Obama campaign website reads. "Send an eCard to say you won’t go back."

Perhaps the oddest card in the series, though, is this one:

Un-effin'-believable.  If The Heiress ever did something this tactless and stupid, well, . . . it wouldn't be pretty.

Eighteen grand at nine bucks a month comes to 166 years worth of birth control.  That's a lot of ****ing.

It amuses me, all this "birth control" flap.  It amuses me because we are suppose to believe that pregnancy is an airborne disease -OR- that women have no defense against spontaneous vaginal penetration by random male ejactulators.  It amuses me that we must accept that sex is unavoidable.

Hey gals, God gave you TWO birth control devices.  We call them "knees".

If she needs $18,000 worth of BC, how much does it cost to treat her bed sores?

Seriously?  Walmart offers generic ortho tricyclen for $9 a month, or $108 a year.  The most expensive appears to be around $280 a month, which is still only $3360 a year.  Where on earth did they come up with the $18000 number?

Well, they want the $280 a month top of the line BC for free for 6 years...yes 6 years...by then they will have contracted many STD's numerous times to the point that their fallopian tubes are scared so badly that they can no longer get pregnant.

Dear DUmmie wymuns:

Here's a novel idea--how about getting off your backs and GETTING A JOB so you can pay for what you want all by yourself!  And then NOBODY can tell you NO.  Oh, that's right, you'd actually have to (gasp!) FIND, HOLD, and KEEP a job.

I swear, we have created a society of over-indulged four-year olds.  The five (5!) year-old boy child has a better work ethic than some of these tools.

AGREE!

My daughter saw an older child in Target, had to be around 10 years old, having a fit today.  She said, "That's naughty".  My three old called out a 10 year old.

I got a flier from one of the 0bama PACS in the mail, it had a picture of a woman with a caption that said her birth control decision is up to her and her employer.

Okay I can go for that, it is up to her to decide if she wants it, it's up to her to pay for it, or for her employer to choose to pay for it or not. However 0bama has stepped in and is making her employer have to pay for it. That is where the problem lies, it is not up to 0bama to force anyone to pay for something for another person. The employer can choose to offer it or not. The woman can choose to fork out the $9 a month or find an employer that offers to pay it for her.

The only situation where I would say this makes sense is if the woman is a hooker and her employer is a pimp.

It will cost more than $18,000.00 to treat all the STD's the slut will get.

What's the monetary cost of an abortion?  Dems consider that birth control too.  Perhaps that's where they get that cost estimate from.

It ain't cheap, but it's not $18K unless you have a lot of them.

It cost about $100.00 per little piggy that will never go to market or have roast beef and about $100.00 per little precious finger that will never grab a loving mother's hair.
