Take this Constitution quiz. It says the average score is 25 out of 50. PRetty sad for the nation.
http://www.constitutionfacts.com/?page=50QTest2.cfm
I got 49 out of 50 because I didn't read all the answers on one question and it was all the above and I stopped after the first choice was correct.

Well when we have teachers like Pam no wonder the average on this quiz is 25 out of 50. I bet most people who got that can't even calculate the precentage they got. :-)
I took it and got this,
CONGRATULATIONS!
YOUR SCORE IS: 38 OUT OF 50 ON THE CONSTITUTION FACTS EXPERT QUIZ!
YOUR CONSTITUTION I.Q. IS: PATRIOT
THE AVERAGE SCORE NATIONALLY IS 33.64
So either Pam doesn't know how to read or by the time I took it the average went up.

2. Repugs may disagree, but ...
YOUR SCORE IS: 35 OUT OF 50 ON THE CONSTITUTION FACTS EXPERT QUIZ!
YOUR CONSTITUTION I.Q. IS: PATRIOT
THE AVERAGE SCORE NATIONALLY IS 33.64
would suspect that the reason the average score is 33.64 is because of Teahadist types ...
Yeah because we can't find the right to abortion in the constitution so we must not know anything about it. :whatever:

3. I got 45 but the quiz must change
since I didn't have the question you missed. Also the average on mine was higher 33 instead of 25. You must really know your stuff since some of those questions were very hard.
Odds are she lied about her score.

13. This program must be a Romney quiz, it had the wrong answers.
I know the president has to be 35 but was not a choice of 35. Or this could be faux poll, most all was incorrect answers.
Funny when I took it there was an option to pick 35.
Most of the questions are pretty straight forward, the ones I missed were things like I didn't know that Rhode Island didn't send a representative when they were adopting the Constitution so I answered 13 instead of 12 when they asked how many states sent reps for it.

I went back through and teh DUmmy was full of shit,
23
A U.S. PRESIDENT MUST BE AT LEAST:
A
21 YEARS OLD
B
25 YEARS OLD
C
35 YEARS OLD
D
30 YEARS OLD

40/50, not happy.
-
I stunk at this. Beat the average, but not by much. Off to save a copy to better my knowledge of our constitution. *slinks off*

I got 41/50. Some of those were pretty tricky. Especially with the dates. You was probably like me Jukin and got the major stuff and missed the date stuff. :cheersmate:

Bingo, when specifics ere ratified lost 2 and some specific later Amendments. Not bad for a fall afternoon of drinking beer. Nevertheless not a good score.

Well you got two more than me there Frank. Whaddya wanna bet that the dummie poster is lying about he/she/it's score? "Marshall law" and all that.
I bet it either googled the questions before it answered or took the test 500 times. :cheersmate:
-
Seen it. Took it. Aced it.
And NO, Pam, I doubt for a second if I shoved a quiz about government and civics under your nose you'd get anywhere near a passing score.
If you did, you wouldn't be a ****ing DUmmie.

The dates were probably what most people trip up on.
One question that got me was what was the typical expectation of time for an amendment to pass all the states legislatures. The 26th amendment took about 200 years to be ratified so I was clueless what to answer.
-
The site is screwed, when I answered the question sometimes the next question would keep some of the previous answers for the next question. I'm on an iPad so I don't know if that is why it did it. I gave up after answering 15 questions. Almost half the time it would keep some of the previous answers for the next question.

Me too -- I mostly messed up numbers and dates (except the important ones).

Must be one of those sites that only works well on a full size laptop or desktop.

Seven years is typically given. When the ERA was making the rounds they tried to extend that, but it ended up failing, and with it the ERA.

23. 26/50
Not ashamed. According to the questions I saw, IMO the Senate and Supreme Court has way too much power and the President has way too little.
This would have been a bannable offense 4 years ago.

I went and took it again, it happend a few questions into the test. I took a screen cap before every answer.

Screwed up on some dates and numbers.....better than President Constitutional-Lawyer-in-Chief though. At least I know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence!

I know that now. :-)

There ain't no way Pamela scored 49 out of 50 on that test.
Remember, DUmmies lie; all the time, DUmmies lie.
I'll bet Pamela barely scored 9 out of 50, if that much, and many of her right answers were just lucky guesses.

Of course she lied, every word from her mouth is a lie.
But I'm sorely disappointed. I thought Pam was on her deathbed.
Damn it.

The answer is "YEAR"
;)
-
I got 45/50
Pulled about half dozen answers out of my ass though
-
I only got 41/50. I envision my grandma chasing me around with a spoon.
-
I'm Canadian..........what sort of handycap would you allow me?
-
42/50
Not even American.
What..........Rhode Island didn't ratify the constitution?????
Sir John A. wouldn't have put up with that!!!
-
The answer is "YEAR"
;)
I know that congress must meet once a year. It highlighted where the previous answer was on every subsequent question. Not necessarily the answer of the previous question, the place (a,b,c or d) where the last answer was (if that makes sense). Only if it brought some of the answers with the next question was the previous answer highlighted. The highlighted answer wasn't my answer on question #4 as I hadn't answered the question yet. I took the screen cap BEFORE I answered.
If you look at the first question (#4) which the answer was year, then look at the second question (#5), year was highlighted and three of the answers from the previous question (#4) was listed along with the answer "A - The First Ten Amendments".

I thought Pam was on her deathbed.
I was going to comment about that too, but got distracted and then forgot.
I doubt anyone on their deathbed thinks about the U.S. Constitution.

Democrats only think about the constitution when they want to violate it.

I missed the question about Governor Morriss. I guessed right on three others including how long Congress can adjourn for, the length of time someone has to be a citizen to be Senator and one other.
At least the national average is almost 34 which is like a c. There were some hard questions but then there was some really easy ones too.

I got 43 out of 50.

Not good enough. Mrs Dawson got 49/50.
Everyone knows she is as honest as the day is long.
I got 35. DUmb questions like "The US Constitution was ratified in 1787, 1788..." or "The 18th Amendment is"?

I got 49 out of 50 because I took the option to retake the test and improve my score. After the 20th try, I finally got down to only missing one.
Fixed.

40 out of 50, I feel kinda embarrassed
