Title: How many, a DUmmy wants to know, can be fed with $50,000.

The 'people' who payed $50,000 a plate to see mitt declare war on the poor, I wonder why they don't donate that $50,000 to local food pantries? I wonder how many families could be fed with just one mitt romney plate of food?

This third one addresses the $40,000/plate, the other two are George Clooney fundraisers, one in Geneva, Switzerland.

There are many threads at DU on the various Clooney fundraisers, all of which speak highly of them.
