and start hammering Obama with relentless body blows over the economy or will he soft tread like Mclame did?
Romney hasn't taken the hard stance that I'd like to see. Yet.
Perhaps he is waiting for the 1st debate?
I'd also like to see Romney beat him over the head and shoulders concerning Obama's FUBAR of a foreign policy.
Obama applauded the Arab Spring. Now they are killing our Ambassadors and storming our embassies and consulates.
-
If he doesn't, he will definitely lose the election.
-
I think he's giving them enough rope....
and then he's going to shoot at the horse from underneath them with the first debate.

I hope - and pray - that you are correct.

If Obama actually shows up at the debate. I can easily see him claiming that due to the unrest in the ME (that he helped set the stage for), he will be unable to attend the debates cuz he's needed in the WH situation room.
-
But wouldn't trying to manage the unrest in the Middle East require him to actually be present for his Presidential Daily Briefs?? I'm waiting with baited breath... :fuelfire:

That is not beyond the realm of probability.
-
Yeah, he will have a very important meeting with the President of Egypt, and the Muslim Brotherhood. After all, he hates Israel you know.
It wouldn't surprise me if he didn't show up for the debates either. Although everyone would know that claiming the ME situation would be a crock, because he doesn't seem to care about it now...What would all of a sudden make him change his mind? And we all know it won't be for a meeting with Bibi.

Does he know where it is?

The debates are between;
Barack Obama, Jim Lehrer, Martha Raddatz, Candy Crowley, and Bob Schieffer
VS
Mitt Romney
I think Mitt should ask for more people on his side.

Every speech/interview I have seen Romney give he has been hammering Obama solely on the economy, what more are you wanting him to do?

I see this thread was started before the "47%" comments hit the airwaves.
Rmoney isn't backing-off of them either; he's calling for the video to be released in its entirety.
Feel better?
-
No he won't take the gloves off; it's not in his DNA; he has people advising him that advised McCain.
This election should be a blowout for the GOP but, as usual, they don't want to offend the so called "moderates" and blah blah so let's be nicey nicey.
:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
And you already know that the commie debate moderators are going to ask about gay marriage, and other social issues to deflect attetnion away from the economy, the handling of crisis in the Middle East, and securing our borders.
-
Now, come on people. Wait for the debates, it should be good.

The very fact he won't apologize for those comments puts him ahead of McCain's campaign anyway.

Yes.
Well, if that made you feel better than this ought to make you want to rub one out:
Clever: Romney Now Apparently Answering Every Question About "47%" By Noting He Doesn't Believe In Redistribution of Wealth
—Ace
The media don't want to cover "redistribution," but boy oh boy do they want to cover "47%."
How do you make sure they mention the "I actually believe in redistribution" quote? By linking the two in every single soundbite. (http://nicedeb.wordpress.com/2012/09/18/uncovered-video-shows-obama-admitting-he-believes-in-redistribution-of-wealth-romney-responds-on-cavuto-video/)

I'll say this for Mittens: he's no John McCain.

Heh....
I liked that one.
