Feds: Sebelius violated federal law by campaigning for Obama
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius violated federal law when she campaigned this winter for President Obama, federal investigators announced Wednesday.
Sebelius broke the law by making “extemporaneous partisan remarks” during a speech in February at a Human Rights Campaign Event in Charlotte, N.C., according to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC). She made the comments in the city that would later host the Democratic National Convention.
The agency said Sebelius’ comments violated the Hatch Act, which prohibits public officials from campaigning in an official capacity.

Laws? We don't need no stinking laws. :whatever:
-
"Hatch Act applies to thee, not to me."
-
And what's her punishment for breaking the law?.......***crickets***

All of these findings of "...violating campaign laws..." are meaningless. The damage has already been done, and it matters not if a law was "violated". The lies are engrained in the believers' pea brains.

True, but hopefully, the Levin DOJ (I'd love to see Mitt name Mark Levin as AG) will step up and prosecute all these violations.

I would love to see Rick Santorum as the AG, but he already said that he's done with public service.

Sebelius to hit campaign trail again after Hatch Act violation
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will soon be back to doing what she does best — campaigning for President Obama.
Sebelius will travel to New Hampshire this weekend for a swing of “grassroots events†with Obama, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader. The campaign trip comes after the Office of Special Counsel found that Sebelius had violated federal campaign law by campaigning for Obama during an official event.
“OSC concluded that Secretary Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made extemporaneous partisan remarks in a speech delivered in her official capacity on February 25, 2012,†the investigator explained. “The Hatch Act prohibits federal employees from using their official authority or influence to affect the outcome of an election.â€

Shameless pricks. :bird:

Hell , Obama has been using federal money for his campaign all along. Look at all the ads on TV telling people about their benefits under ObamaCare, or the ads telling people about food stamps and other government programs they can mooch off of.
Look at the way he has went and changed the governments websites by inserting himself into the biographies of past presidents.
