I'm working on swaying anti-Obama voters to vote against Romney
Last edited Sun Sep 9, 2012, 01:37 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)
I have a lot of family and friends in Virginia who won't vote for Obama but don't like Rmoney. I thought I'd give them the chance to vote for an alternative to Rmoney, so I liked Gary Johnson, the libertarian candidate. These are people who would not vote for Obama under any circumstances, so if I can't get them to vote FOR Obama, I'll try to get them to take a vote AWAY from Rmoney.
In the close states a vote for Johnson is a vote for Obama.
Edited per suggestions in the thread. I AM NOT endorsing Johnson, or any candidate other than Barack Obama. If you read my Facebook posts there is nothing in them that suggests that I support Johnson and that I advocate voting AGAINST Obama. Every post I make is pro Obama, pro Democratic party, and pro Liberal. I am simply trying to hurt the Romney campaign by directing votes Obama would never get away from his opponent.

Typical DUmmy bullshit where they think they can do something to change the outcome.
What got me was the loyalty oath to 0bama at the end of the post. How sad it its that to post at DU you must vote for who they tell you too.

2. You may not advocate a third-party candidate here.

5. Jury voted 6-0 to leave it.
Poster is not advocating Johnson instead of Obama. They are advocating suggesting Johnson to RW voters instead of Romney... voters who would never vote for Obama anyway. If you were the alerter, then you were completely out of order, and being incredibly petty.
Holy crap someone actually alerted on that. :rotf:

7. Doing the same in Florida
I've been telling all my angsty Atlas Shrugged college conservative peers to stick it to Romney and vote for Johnson for the same reason, and they all seem to like the idea. He does seem pretty genuine and likeable, so it's really not hard.
Sure they do. :mental:

What if the 3rd party candidate would only hurt conservatives, and help the libs ?

I am suspect at any DUmmy that claims he has family, inlaws, friends, bosses, coworkers, etc. who are conservatives. Real conservatives would have nothing to do with the loony DUmmie, or at the very least put up with him like a goofy uncle.

Strange, recent new poster on this forum was showing how much more conservative Johnson is than Mitt.

Here it is. I thought that too. Pandric is a liberal troll, but is acting all conservative just now.

just a few days ago he posted how bad the weather was in Charlotte supporting the venue move for the President. Carry water for democrat liars, and now he's our buddy pointing out potential Perots?
I wonder if other boards are seeing a whispering campaign like this.

Uh huh, and from Virginia too.
On Skins's island, he alleges himself to be an alum of Auburn University, but that's probably a lie.
Auburn doesn't turn out primitives.

He's just a troll who will try anything to get a reaction from us.

Well his post was very similar to what Assburngrad is talking about & the same state too. I don't believe in coincidence.

She certainly swayed me....I'm voting for Johnson.
Hey, if dead democrats can vote for Obama, I can vote for a dead democrat.
Remember it was "all the way with LBJ" before it was "hey, hey LBJ how many did you kill today".
