Sign on the side of the road in Tallahassee, Florida

When I first saw it, I expected a Tea Bagger type comment - it had all the indications. Home made, poor color choices, American flag.

But then I realized all the words were spelled correctly and the meaning was completely against Tea Party types:

No, true patriots support their country, when the president is wrong, they speak up. When he is right they support him.
The DUmmies have such short memories it was just a few years ago when dissent was patriotism, and I am sure it will be again after Romney is sworn in.

6. I'm not entirely comfortable with . . .

The sentiments expressed in this sign. There is no context here; it says nothing about who is in office. What if it is another George Bush?

No problem you are democrats can you switch what you believe in every time there is a new president.

8. The elected President deserves support no matter who they are.

Our system is not designed to have periodic revolutions, no matter what the Tea Baggers say. We've survived bad presidents, even George Bush, without having to overthrow them.

Even as much as the right wing hated Clinton, back then they still used the legitimate means provided in the Constitution to attempt to remove him. That the Tea Baggers are advocating overthrowing the entire US government now indicates that they have no legitimate reasons for impeaching President Obama and that their hatred for him is irrational.

Edited to add: "Support" does NOT mean we have to agree with or support all the actions of an elected President, just that we use legal means to resist, not advocate revolution or assassination.

Another DUmmy who forgets the Bush years, when those topics were brought up all the time at DU and the Secret Services was up $kimmer's ass.

11. Right wingers deserve that

After the way they talked to us during the Shrub Administration!

I don't recall any right wingers demanding that you support Bush, we mocked you, laughed at you, and some called the SS on you when you crossed the line from criticism into threatening.

This from the dipshits who wore shirts like this for eight years:

Seriously, DUmmies--get over yourselves.

I see a lot of potential in this for them.  The UAW and ACORN (or whatever they call themselves now) can print thousands of exact copies of this sign to create a new-new "grassroots" movement just like the Tea Party.

This is one the reasons they say he was "selected" in 2000 by the USSC and stole the election in 2004. It makes the mental gymnastics they do easier to justify bagging on W.

The Supreme Court was faced with a choice between W and algore.

That is as clear a no-brainer as you can have.

How did this DUmmie get such a clear picture of a sign on the side of the road, was he/she walking?  I bet they made it and put it in their yard and snapped a picture.
