Just talked with my sister....
and she inquired as to if I had watched the convention in tampa last week. Of course, I did, I told her. Then she replied that did I see what it really was. Asking as to what she meant, she said in the most observant form in insight,"brother, that was the biggest Klan Rally ever held in the world"
My dear sister stated that as she viewed it, all she could see was the Klu Klux Klan, having the biggest rally ever before!!
Really, I never thought of that way...!?!?

She must have watched it on MSNBC and heard about all the dog whistles. :mental:

1. I thought it interesting in Ann Romney's emotionally shallow speech, though she went
through the motions of being "warm", you couldn't hear hardly any authentic feeling-tenors in her voice, except for 2 times that I counted:
1. She said something about her and Mitt's marriage being "a *R*E*A*L* marriage and you could hear her emphasis on that word "real" I guess in order to assure those Tea Partyers that she knows not only what a "real marriage" is, but also, and more importantly, what "not real" marriages are out there.
2. Later she brought her speech to a close by building somewhat tepidly about what a splendid person Mitt Romney is, with a capstone statement about how he is a man you can *T*R*U*S*T*, once again her pseudo-emotional tenor shifted into authentic emphasis on one word, "trust", because all of us know that other candidate cannot be trusted. Why? well since no facts supporting her implication that the-other-guy can't be trusted were presented, we are left with his most obvious trait being a high probability reason for why Obama, unlike her husband Mitt, cannot be trusted and that probable cause is, obviously, the color of his skin.
The two most authentic emotional moments in her speech were directed toward two groups of bigots: homophobes and racists. Those two groups have a common genealogy amongst the hate movement and here's some long-standing research on that family tree:

3. I saw it as a big anti-abortion rally.
But I think a big KKK rally is a better description.

6. One could argue it wasn't a Klu Klux Klan rally, but most sane people would.......
see it was anything but an inclusive event.
Lord these people are stupid.

When you only see the white people that PMSNBC showed, it's easy to be misled.

Of course, it also helps to be completely brain-dead, delusional, and an active hypocritical nutcase on DU.

How do you get stubborn stains out of your white sheets? ...and my eye holes just won't stay in the right place when beating people. I've tried duct tape but it doesn't work well with sweaty skin.

I guess the idiot sister did not notice the hispanics or black people at the convention. I am sure there were Jooooos there too. Pretty diverse klan rally if you ask me.

Liberals have not moved beyond seeing Dear Leader as a racial symbol, and that is for two reasons. First, his record as president doesn't have much else to recommend it, so that crying racism is about the best they can do as an argument for re-election. Second, it is of great psychological importance to liberals to believe that their opponents are racist and they themselves are not. Their self-image as a moral elite revolves around the imputation of invidious racial attitudes to others.
The evidence is overwhelming that they're wrong about the topic, but it's really all they got.

And essentially, that's all we're going to hear the next 70 days, from the primitives.
Second, it is of great psychological importance to liberals to believe that their opponents are racist and they themselves are not.
Uh huh.

9. Both are correct... have to put the colored and women folk in their places.
Where would that be? In prime time speaking slots? I swear, the stupid is just painful over there.

ERRRRR when do you see Whites or Jews at a rally held for Farracon and the boys ???? So like minded get together, not allot of buses coming in with Latino illegals aboard to support the RNC.
Where the Hell was the WBC and their signs of Fags go to hell, --Oh Yeah they were in a small town demonstraiting against some farmers boy or girl killed over seas.
So the DNC should be much more dare I say it, "colorfull."----Too bad for the DNC that school started, all those unused school buses could have been filled to the max with street folk given a pint of whiskey and a pack of smokes, and college kid that wants a free education in basket weaving and square dancing.

Looking in the mirror?
I see racism is alive and well at the DUmp.

The KKK is a pure artifact of the democrat party. It was/is their terrorist wing like MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS are their propaganda wings.
For thinking they are so smart the DUchebags know next to nothing of history.
