Local TV News reporting this morning on the coming democrat convention. The occupoopers have camped in the parks where it's against the law to camp... and the mayor has ordered park officials to assist them....there are 20+ different groups of protesters there and they plan to march at 2 pm today(Sunday)...estimate a group of over 20,000....Police have found bags of feces and rocks stashed along the planned route of the march.
Have you ever known a classier, more civilized bunch?

My wife's great-aunt and great-uncle will be flying back to Charlotte on Tuesday. I'm somewhat concerned. He's the WWII vet that saw, firsthand, evidence of the Holocaust.

About half an hour ago the local TV News said that the march starts at 1 pm and they are predicting 10 to 15 thousand now.
If I weren't so busy bruising my ass against this chair, I'd go. I've never seen a swarm of locust moonbats live before.

What is laughable is the hurricane (and the prospect of rain induced cleanliness) scared away most of the protestors in Tampa. The GOP wasn't even inconvenienced.
But now the Occupiers have a reputation to uphold: and the democrats - the only party sympathetic to OWS - will feel the brunt of Occupy frustration and protest. I can't wait.
Can someone give the anarchists the address of the garish Obama sand sculpture?

Sorry I got lost in the moment. I had an ex-BIL who was a NC cop. That good ole boy didn't take no $hit from anyone. He was particularly un-fond of smart mouthed northern liberals trying to tell him about their rights. :rotf:
