So anyway, Ohio U. was scheduled at Happy Valley as the usual blowout, pushover opening day opponent.

The Bobcats didn't read the script, or the spread.

Penn State may have got a preview of what the next several years wiill be like.

Great game. I was hoping the Bobcats would pull it out, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I'm very happy for Coach Solich.  Our frank got me into pulling for both Nebraska (who's up on Southern Miss by 11 going into the half) and Ohio, because of our frank's recommendation.

ETA:  What's with the sparkles on the Southern Miss helmets?  Did they have a ghey designer? :tongue:

Like every other team, they wear whatever their sponsor asks them to wear.

Look at the butt-ugly uniforms Oregon wears, and the clown suits Maryland wears.
