It's amazing how a little perspective can make even the average DU'er seem like one of those damn'd 2nd amendment wackos. An idiot bicyclist breaks the law, runs into a truck then proceeds to beat on the driver. Pissed driver shoots the cyclist. Remind you of anyone? (<Cough cough Trayvon cough Zimmerman cough>) Quote OP. Reasonable_Argument (Moocher) - Thu Aug 30, 2012 (3:23 pm) This DU'er sticks up for the cyclist by calling the driver judge, jury, and executioner, without regard to the cycli's own decision to be his own judge, jury, and executioner: Quote 16. Confusious (Moocher) - Thu Aug 30, 2012 (6:28 pm) Quote 88. Confusious (Moocher) - Fri Aug 31, 2012 (8:03 pm) DBoon kinda is a bit schitzy here... Quote 104. DBoon (Star Member) - Sat Sep 1, 2012 (12:28 am) Oh oh, now the lousy freeper trolls come to the surface defending George Zimmerman...er, the assualted truck driver! Quote 110. Atypical Liberal (Moocher) - Sat Sep 1, 2012 (8:27 am) The thread is full of people doing this. I really wonder when the first Trayvon / Zimmerman reference will come out? Maybe one of our moles can go into the room and post Zimmerman's pic as the truck driver, Trayvon's pic as the bicyclist. |

49. If I am violently assaulted and fear death or serious injury
the welfare of the guy trying to kill me is the last thing on my mind. If you don't want to be shot, don't go around attacking people.
Why is the life of the criminal more important than the life of his victim?

50. That's exactly what I meant by a simplistic good guy vs bad guy world.
It takes all the guilt out of killing another human when you have the moral sophistication of a 12-year-old.

53. Some situations are simple enough that
even a 12-year-old can figure it out.
