This was the subject of a fundraising email I received a few minutes ago.
Lie after lie after lie.
Paul Ryan’s speech last night made my blood boil. But at Romney headquarters, you can bet they cheered as the money poured in from their right-wing base.
It doesn’t matter to them that nearly every point Ryan made could be disproved with a simple Google search. What mattered was that Ryan lit a fire under the fringe of the Republican Party just before the most important fundraising deadline of the election.
Ryan had no intention of being honest. He wanted to stoke the rage of every Tea Party activist looking for an Obama-bashing ideologue.
It was a cold-blooded play for cash.
We’re already being outspent in key battleground states. We can’t let any more of these Ryan lies go unanswered.

What is it with the $3.00 ... Is it some magic number or something? Maybe it is a play on the three years since the last time the Dems passed a budget?

I'm not sure. Maybe it's the minimum they need to process a payment and still count it as a contribution.

Back i the day I had a bunch of Clinton $3's, I actually got free drinks from 'em when I offered them in bars. :yahoo: I may still have one or two left. The first batch I got were so good I hear treasury made them dumb them down, the ink and paper were just too real.

There's a black woman here that was elected to the city council. She's an EXTREME Obama moonbat. She didn't live in the district she ran in but that didn't stop her from running, getting elected and serving. Charges and questions were filed but she came out without a scratch. They can't seem to do a damn thing with the crazy bitch. She was elected by an extreme number of absentee ballots delivered by hand to the election office by her and her people. The newspaper reported today that an extreme number of absentee ballots have already been requested for this years elections.....but because she's black no one seems to be able to control her.
Side note: Another black woman has filed to run for her seat on city council and the question of wheather that woman lives in the district has come up....and the number of absentee ballots she has on hand....Tuesday the two of them had a confrontation that turned ugly and they both filed a complaint with the police on each other....maybe they'll cancel each other out... :-)
Oh, and if you're ever down this way be sure to stop by moonbat #1's house and see the fabulous "Obama Family Exhibit"....ticket and voter registration booth is right by the driveway.

It's probably some break-even point for processing the donation transaction...so it's tempting to send them a $1 check, then rinse-wash-repeat...

If they are requesting $3.00, and only getting $1.00 of that; it is no wonder they are losing in the fundraising battle.
That makes me think that they are paying the processors $2.00 of out $3.00. I would get another processor. Unless obama himself is pocketing some of it, which wouldn't surprise me at all.

You can bet your bottom dollar that Obama and Moochelle will milk the cash cow dry before they leave the Washington Dairy Co-op.
