My Sister-n-Law Don't Like Michelle Obama
...Made a trip this morning to Seattle to share with my sibs the closure of my Moms estate, to hear the will read and collect my share of the inheritance. Mom passed away Christmas Eve last year.
At the end of the meeting my wife and sis-n-law were talking she is the kitchen manager at the local high school in town. She said she doesnt like the First Lady because she now must see that each student that comes down the lunch line must have 2 vegetables and 1 fruit serving on their tray because of nutrition standard recommended Mrs O. She said it makes more work for her and doesn't think Michelle should have that kind of influence on what goes on in our schools.
Anyhow I'm glad we all had got our $$$ because I asked her how she felt when Laura Bush said we should read to our kids or when Nancy Regan said JUST SAY NO... did they have any business saying those things???(the hamsters started to turn the wheel at this point) well I don't know she said so I kindly said then is it because of the extra work you have to do each day or is it that you don't agree with Obamas policy's in general, she finally said Obamas policys.
So I told her many kids don't get the nutrition at home because of economics and many come to school hungry. I asked her if she thought it was a bad policy to let my 24 year old niece remain on my brothers employer based health insurance or the fact that my brothers employer cant kick him off the health insurance policy because he has kidney issues...NO she said, I said those are Obama policy's.
I then said one thing about the policy's you have to follow at work is that the Obamas are not profiting because of it like Bush Jr family. did with No Child Left Behind and look at the dismal results from that. I closed and said when kids don't eat right we all pay the price over time...Agreed??
WELL YEA SHE SAID while shaking her head in amazement that I actually know something and how to tell it like it is.

Just say no and suggesting you read to your kids is the same as the federal LAW that dictates what kids can bring to school for lunch, and be served at lunch? Oh really.
Unless your 24 year old niece is disabled, she needs to have a job with her own insurance. I haven't ever heard of an employer kicking someone off a health insurance plan because of an illness. But then again, I don't talk politics at the reading of a will of a deceased family member so I am missing out I guess.

Was this DUmmy involved in the end-of-life care of the deceased? Was another sibling the one who was the 'go to' person for Mom, the one that got the calls at 2 AM, the one who made sure Mom had clean clothes (and food if she was living at home). If Mom was in a nursing home, was this the sibling who dealt with the finance office, met all the attendants, did all the visiting, took Mom on outings if she was able?
If this DUmmy was NOT the sibling who did all these things for Mom, he doesn't deserve a "share." Damn greedy little self centered parasite.

I agree about the adult child being disabled and being able to stay on the parents policy, Obama did not change that.
The changes to the food program have resulted in more costs and more wasted food.

Yup and GW supported it to show bi partisanship. See how that works out? I often found the liberal media painting GW as a bit slow on the uptake but in this instance he actually was like a rube hooked by a Carny barker. With great risk comes great reward but on this one he gambled and lost. Teddy and friends walked away and left GW holding a sack of stink.

Absolutely. All those execrable black bean burgers and tofu hotdogs are going straight into the DUmpster. As a matter of fact, these kids are probably starving throughout the school day, because they won't eat the rabbit food. First chance they get, they're going to snarf down a Quarter Pounder, because they're famished.

They go about the whole damn thing backwards. The main reason, in my mind, the kids are getting fat isn't because of the food. It's because they did away with recess and things of that nature whereby the kids could burn off what they were taking in. Now they're all sedentary and have to eat 100 calories a day or they'll gain weight.

The greatest inheritance I received has been passed down to me from my great grandfather to my grandfather to my father and then to me....a good name and now I pass it on to my son. If he chooses to remain and live in this area, it will mean more to him than money and property.

I was amazed when my kids were in elementary school and I would ask them what they did at recess and they didn't know what that was. Then the teachers would gripe because the kids were unruly! If we don't bring back recess and some good gym type classes where these kids can get out and play dodgeball, kickball, tag, etc ... we're going to continue having the problems we have and it isn't just obesity.

I think the obesity epidemic is a direct result of the overwhelming Reagan Boom and the Great Bush Prosperity.
Never before were so many people, especially loser democrat deadbeats, able to afford a whole pantry full of manufactured snack foods and sweets.
If those things are available they will be eaten.
Before the Reagan Boom, most of those things didn't even exist.
They were developed and brought to market as a response to an enormous increase in disposable income.
The jug-eared muslim is moving toward the First Wookie's goals by working to destroy disposable income.

One of my many issues with the DUmbasses on Skinners island, is that everything has to be political. You mean you can't go to your mothers will reading without a discussion on politics coming up.

I am somewhat guilty of that myself. I take every opportunity to turn everything into a well deserved criticism of owebuma. He cannot be hammered (politically) enough, in my book.

"Jimmy might not get picked, and his self-esteem will be crushed', or "Someone might throw the ball too hard and Jimmy might get hurt", and so on. Can't choose two team captains, then have them pick their teams - Jimmy might get picked last. Then recess disappeared.
And now some people don't understand why so many kids are overweight.

I have been an executor several times, I guess it could be different, but the will is read pretty much right after death. Then you start probate and get Letters of Testamentary to legally create an estate. When the estate settles all heirs get what is stipulated in the will and a general accounting of the estate. Unless there are specific bequeaths the estate is liquidated and dispersed according to the wishes in the will. The shortest probate I was in was around 14 months. During that time the heirs will call weekly to find out where things are and when they can get their money. I hated doing the job.
The story smells of bouncy and points out how the DUche has gotten some money and made the grieving family smell his shit. 2 Bongs.

Though recess is very important, run off excess energy. those games were important. it helped with teamwork, bulit self-esteem and confidence, taught strategy and helped with memory(shipwreck). I wasn't the biggest kid on the block, but because I was small, i was sometimes quicker and used strategy. Unfortunately, too many parents are on the computer, instead of doing things with their kids.
