Yesterday morning I was listening to a business report and they were saying that since Paul Ryan came out and said that he does the P90X workout daily, they have have not been able to keep them on the shelves. According to them, the sales have climbed over 400%. I don't know about you all, but I think Paul Ryan mentioning them is the best advertisement anyone could have.
I myself have thought about trying P90X. I have friends who do all those, P90X; Insanity; etc. They all like them, but also said they are the hardest workouts they have ever done. It takes a lot of motivation and will power to stick with it.
What do you all think of this? have any of you tried, and what do you think of it?

I'm lazy. My girlfriend introduced me to the rebounder aka mini trampoline and I love it.
About ten minutes a day for the last 6 or seven weeks and I haven't looked this good since the early 1990s.
She got the Cellerciser because that is the one she knows.
After just doing it for five days I wished I would have taken some before/after pics but, you know, lazy.

I have heard some good things about the rebounders.

I did P90X while deployed. It was a tough workout, definitely kept you motivated, especially when the plyometric workout had a guy with a FAKE LEG. How can you not keep going when the demonstrator is jumping around on a FAKE F'N LEG?

Wow, seeing someone with a fake leg doing it, would definitely keep you motivated.

A guy like that would take away a lot of people's excuses.
