I have my semi-annual doctor's appointment this morning. I don't know of any additional problems, but one can never be sure.
I do know I'll have vials of blood drawn (I hate needles). I had to fast since last night for the blood test.
Since my knees and back are getting increasingly painful due to arthritis, it's hard to get into and out of my truck. Forget getting and out of a car; they're too low for me. I've asked her to send in the form to get a handicapped placard to hang from the rear view mirror.
<Sigh> It's hell getting older. :old:

I don't do needles well, either. I tell 'em ahead of time so they can prepare a gurney and a 5-course chicken dinner, just in case I pass out. :-)
You gonna have a chicken dinner after the appointment? You'll probably be hungry about that time.
In any event, good luck with the phlebotomist. (I always wondered if phlebotemists ever studied how to do lobotomies....)

In any event, good luck with the phlebotomist. (I always wondered if phlebotemists ever studied how to do lobotomies....) I've had good luck with the last 3 times. We'll see what happens today. Problem is, I had a kidney infection in the CG, and the corpsmen ruined my arms with multiple blood draws; all that's there now is scar tissue.

Ouch on the scar tissue. That means they're drawing blood from a part of the body that's painful when they do it.

Yep. That's why I hate sticks with needles.
