Oh my.
The things the primitives wonder about.
<<am still wondering about the mysterious absences of poor stupid Beth, Cryano, and the Taverner primitive.

history trivia? Has the GOP ever nominated a non-Protestant for President or Vice President until
now?
It has been pointed out by someone that this is the first time the Republicans ever ran without a Protestant on the ticket. But I'm thinking that this is the first time any non-Protestant has been nominated by the GOP for either office. Unless someone can point to another case that I'm not aware of. Not that it matters that much..

3. I thought LDS technically qualified as protestant.

You mean a dem/liberal. You can't be a liberal and Christian at the same time. The moral beliefs don't match.

Depends on who you talk to.
When Kennedy ran, the mantra for some Protestant's was that Catholics were not Real Christians and if he won the election all decisions would have to be approved of by the Pope.
The Polish and French old time Catholic folk would go into a spasm if someone was to tell them that Jesus, Mary and Joseph were Jews.
Depends on who you talk to.
Quakers, The Witnesses, Mormons, even down to the Lousiana Voodoo believers that claim to be Christians. All kinds of Sects make the claim of Christianity, Old Jim Jones is an example.
Today we have seen Tammy Baker, Jim Swaggett, the Rev. Wright, J. Jackson and Al Sharp also make the same claim.
Depends on who you talk to.
Some how I believe Obama was a lousy Muslim and joined Re. Writes church to appease his in laws.
Or,-------- at an early age decided to become a double agent for Allah and follow the Koran when it says a Muslim can lie, cheat ,steal and break all the rules when it comes to hoodwinking the Non Muslims. Sort of When in Rome do as the Romans do as long as it will be for the benefit of Mohammad and Allah.
The part about making friends with the Infidels, getting them to trust you then killing them is a interesting part of the Koran.
All depends on who you talk to.
