"The leadership now for the modern conservative movement for the next 20 years will be coming out of the House and the Senate.†Grover Norquist.
They don't care who is president as long as they control the other branches of government. Oh, if they get Mittens/Ryan in there, their wet dreams will happen faster. But Obama/Biden can handle Mittens/Ryan.
The question is will Obama's coattails be broad enough to take back the house and expand in the senate. That is what needs to happen. They had control of everything for too long. It's *our* turn now to turn back the tide, hard.
Every dem candidate needs to paint their opponent with the Ryan budget. That is the opening that will send rational independents, and even moderate republicans, to the sane side.
Pretty much everybody is either 1. on SS/Medicare, or 2. has parents/grandparents on SS/Medicare, or 3. expects to be on SS/Medicare in the fairly near term, or 4. realizes their turn will come some day.
Pretty much everybody is either 1. on food stamps or 2. has family on food stamps and doesn't want their grandchildren going hungry, or 3. knows somebody on food stamps, and 4. fears ending up there themselves if it hasn't happened yet.
They had their turn with Chimpy/Cheney. It's our turn now.
franksolich is usually reluctant to encourage the primitives, but as the primitives pay no attention to franksolich anyway (classic case: the big guy), I suppose it's harmless to say that yes, this is a good idea.
Since, barring some Act of God, Barack Milhous is a loser anyway, well, best that the primitives exert their efforts on behalf of other Democrat candidates this election, so as to salvage at least something from this ship-wreck.

It obviously isn't happening, because Democrats are avoiding Barry like the plague this year.

This is what liberals want... everyone on some sort of government assistance or retirement program so those people can be manipulated into voting for the liberal candidate when Election Day comes around.
No great surprise there. None at all.

Thankfully, liberals are concentrated in liberal hellholes so even if they increase their turnout it just means more votes for the Demonrat that would have been elected from that district anyway. However, in the vast areas between liberal hellholes people are waking up and will vote in the country's best interest and vote conservative. Even If Obama manages to steal the election, the House should remain in GOP hands and the Senate will see them make gains also.

Yeah, it's funny how so many people have been added to those roles since the Chicago Jesus took power. Do you want to remind people of that fact?

And Barack Milhous himself.....well, earlier this year it was announced that all campaign cash he rakes in goes only to his presidential campaign, nowhere else.
In the past, it's been that some cash in presidential-race coffers is meted out to congressional candidates, the amount of course varying with the prospective difficulty or ease of the presidential candidate's campaign.
But as long ago as January, Barack Milhous said his cash is his cash, and no one else's.
That didn't endear him to the Democrat National Committee, the Democrat Senatorial Committee, and the Democrat House Committee, who yelped, but the story died shortly thereafter, the "mainstream" media doing its best to cover up Barack Milhous's selfishness.
