Meh, don't go there. I googled it, It is a scam, a phishing expedition.. And yes, I knew better than to go there.
Notice the URL. The first clue was the .biz ending. Even though it starts our with "target.com" That .com is only part of the url. If this had been real, (yeah, sure, I should be so lucky) there would have been a / after the "target.com", and not a . (period).

I posted this is in case anyone else may be wondering about this or similar.

I was getting those from Wal Mart for a while, although I never, ever, step foot in Wal Mart. Hmmm...how did I "win" a Wal Mart drawing? I'm still baffled at how/why people fall for this bullshit.

You just can't get text messages from anyone, including those that are actually important. You have the option of not opening/deleting messages from people you don't know. Amazing concept.

odds are even that Wyle E. Atman did fall for that phish and is now trying to get cred that he is teh interwebs smartz.

Eh we got those for a week or so. Momma called in to 611 and reported them. No more scam texts. How bout that
